I usually never leave reviews but the customer service that I have always received at this chipotle is extremely poor. I ordered a bowl online and picked it up through Chipotlane. I ordered guacamole on the side, and I should have checked my bag before I left because when I got home, there was no Guac in the bag.

When we walked in at 9:40, the employees told us that they were out of tortillas. When we were checking out we had to wait over 5 minutes to pay and the lady was rude and told us we couldn't have a water cup. The food was so much more salty than normal, almost like they did it on purpose. I never have bad experiences at this chipotle, but this was terrible.
