When we walked in at 9:40, the employees told us that they were out of tortillas. When we were checking out we had to wait over 5 minutes to pay and the lady was rude and told us we couldn't have a water cup. The food was so much more salty than normal, almost like they did it on purpose. I never have bad experiences at this chipotle, but this was terrible.

I usually never leave reviews but the customer service that I have always received at this chipotle is extremely poor. I asked for a water cup one day and went to fill it with coke (don’t lie, we’ve all done it) and they made me poor it out and be without a drink. while i was eating inside, i could hear each coworker talking about me in a rude way. The second time i came, i asked for a child chip package and because i was a child they wouldn’t give it to me and told me i needed to pay for the whole bag. I only come here because it’s close to home, but they are extremely rude. if the manager is going to be that strict, they need to keep the place cleaner and make a better customer experience.

DO NOT COME HERE, Chipotle is not what it once was. Me and my family ordered burrito bowls and not one bowl was filled all the way. When we opened our food at home we saw that some bowls were barely even half-filled and the food that was filling them was subpar. The lettuce among other things was old, brown, and soggy. I had almost no sour cream and in general felt scammed especially when I am paying their new, extreme prices.

This is an awesome Chipotle. It has a noticeable higher quality and better prep than other locations, this one gets my money every time.
I have never been let down by this Chipotle location. They always make my order the way I want and with speed. While the employees are not chickfilla good they are good.

Loraina the manager needs to be re-trained! How are you going to deny a customer a cup a water and tell them you need to charge them for a small cup because there are no cups for water?!?!? She was very unprofessional and rude! If I were to have choked on my food because i was denied the basic necessity of a cup of water! She needs to be held accountable and demoted! Even other people who were eating said she denied them cups of water as well! Unprofessional, belligerent, rude, and on a power trip!

This place is filthy- food all over the counter and on the floor. I ordered a salad online and picked up in the Chipotlane. There was no lettuce or kale, and the flimsy foil bowl was filled with slop. I promptly returned it and he said he would add salad. I asked for a refund and was told I had to get my refund by calling. I called and was told I would be refunded within 3-5 days.

Every-time I go to this Chipotle they never do their job correctly. They never wrap my burrito correctly, they always do it sloppy and I watch it fall apart and they proceed to wrap it in the foil and and look at me as if I hadn't just watched them mess it up. It is so annoying opening my burrito and it falling all over me.
