This chipotle is filthy. I will drive to the location on highway 6 because it is much cleaner. I’ve come multiple times and every time I come they are missing items from the line and the line they serve from is in shambles! Upper management needs to make some adjustments at this location because it is horrible.
Please please please do something about the staff at this location. Girl with lots of makeup, thick fake eyelashes and coloured eye contacts (usually blue), is absolutely terrible. She is rude and highly unpleasant. You’ll recognize her by her incessant “anything else?” As you’re passing the line. She rolls her eyes at people when they ask for an item on the side. Beware of getting full order from this place! Even the manager won’t honor what the order page says! I ordered cheese quesadilla that says guacamole included (see pic). Since didn’t get it, I asked them to give some to me. But they refused. I asked to speak to the manager. She said I need to pay if I want it. Seriously?! I doubt the manager knows what they’re selling!
