I came here as a delivery driver today to pick up a DoorDash. There was nothing on the pick up order shelf, I waited about 5 minutes and then decided to ask this girl who was packaging orders for an ETA. I say “Hi! I’m picking up a DoorDash for-“ and im immediately cut off with her saying “HUH?”. I didn’t even get to finish my sentence. I’m about to repeat what I said and she says “hold on.” She’s the white girl who wears blue contacts with crazy thick lashes. 15 minutes pass and my client is asking when I will pick up her order. I go up to this girl again and when she sees me she literally rolls her eyes ??She then aggressively hands me the order. Believe it or not this is the second time I come to chipotle and she’s extremely rude. I came with my boyfriend last time and when we asked for chips and queso she just gave him a blank face and walked away looking all annoyed. Like if you hate your job that much then quit, don’t take it out on us we just want food. I’ve never experienced someone this rude still having a job for this long.

I usually go to this chipotle. I got a bowl and asked for sauce on the side. This girl with big lashes put the sauce in the bowl and just looked at me. She didn’t apologize or anything. There were burnt pieces of chicken in my order too.

I have visited this location several times, but on each occasion, I have had to deal with servers who are quite rude for no apparent reason. It is clear that they need to undergo proper training on how to provide better customer service. It is important to treat customers with kindness and respect. Simply throwing food into a burrito bowl and repeatedly asking, "Is that it?" is not acceptable behavior. Treating people with kindness and respect doesn't cost anything. If you don't enjoy working with the public, it would be better to find another job.

Walked into this location on a busy Saturday night (04/13/24). The line was extremely long and the inside was packed. The first thing I noticed was how the line was moving which was a good thing because I don’t have patience for food lines. The first food server was very friendly and customer service savvy. He endured a lot of stress from customers however he aimed to please and kept the line moving! The second server executed her job duties as well along with moving the line. The cashier was accurate with each order, very polite and respectful, and efficient and multitasking. While paying for my order, I noticed two other workers working on mobile orders and three workers working in the back kitchen making a total of eight employees on that shift. I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager on duty. To my surprise, the cashier informed me it was her (Aurora). I praised her for such a job well done by managing her staff and shift. I told her that her entire staff has done an incredible job by the amount of customers they served in the amount of time they provided the service. Their customer service was excellent and very pleasant to each customer.Great job on customer service guys ??????Parking: Busy location on the weekend. Free parking lot but space is limited

The first time I had Chipotle from this location the food was okay, it tasted like the black beans were a little undercooked. I wanted to give this location another try, however, the second time I waited in line just to find out that it would be an hour wait for the brown rice (and 25 minutes for the white rice) to be ready. Wow a whole hour wait time just for brown rice? No thank you.

This location never has chips past 7pm, and it’s extremely annoying. You would think with the amount of people who want chips to go with their order that they would make more, but they don’t. They always claim to have run out before 7pm even though they close at 11pm!!!

Why do you always forget the guac? I paid $2.70 extra for it and its ALWAYS forgotten. Then i call to ask for a refund and it takes me through a robot loop, and then offers a coupon for a free guac that i have to then download an app for. Like c'mon dude, just give me my money back. Why would i bother trying to use a coupon for something that is ALWAYS FORGOTTEN?! JFC.

The girl serving the food with the fake eyelashes is rude she acts like she don’t hear while you are ordering and they need to clean the tables there always dirty it seems like they get attitude went you ask them for salsa they act like there paying for my food and the white rice was so salty hope they can fix this and we ask nicely if they can clean the tables and they ignore us..
