Galiana's Tex-Mex & Agave Bar offers a lovely atmosphere with perfect lighting, attentive staff, and even an actual bakery inside. The beef fajitas are delicious and plenty for sharing, while the strawberry cake is a must try. The chips and salsa feature thin, crispy chips with warm salsa, and the meat in the fajita quesadilla is incredibly tender. The queso flameado is delicious, and the signature margaritas are truly exquisite—not too sweet and not too bitter, made with quality Herrera double barrel tequila. The food is fresh, with tasty guacamole, cheeses, and pico. The Molcajete dish offers tender meats with great flavours, plenty for two. The service is swift, efficient, polite, and attentive, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, with a big seating area and open bar, offering a big selection of food and drinks. Pricing is worth it for the quality. This place is owned by the same family as Marvinos, and definitely worth a try, better than most places. A lost purse was securely stored by helpful staff. Galiana's is officially worth the drive from Tomball, making it a new go-to spot.
