“Drive thru was kind of rude and awkward. They leave you hanging when you tell them “that’s all” and you have to repeat yourself. Mozzarella was good as usual, but a medium size order with ONE marinara sauce is crazy… it’s like 6-7 sticks and a small dipping sauce. Sigh. Wish they can give 2 sauces without the extra charge. Small should be 1, medium 2, large 3…“
“Overall, I always have a good experience with this Sonic. The food is good, and it usually takes just a few minutes to receive my order. The manager seems to be a very nice lady. There is just one thing: I never get the sauces I order (two ranch).
After many orders, I decided to confirm the reason with someone who works there. After talking to a local manager, I was initially informed that I need to put the sauces in the order to receive them. I showed her a receipt where I had, in fact, done that; there were two ranch sauce included. Then I was told that ranch sauce doesn't come with the burrito I ordered, so if I want it, I need to pay separately or choose a sauce that comes with the burrito. (If I understood correctly.) I checked the app to see if there is such an option, and it seems you cannot pay for sauces there; you can only add up to five condiments for free. This whole thing doesn't make sense.
I mean, if you order something and it appears on your receipt, you should receive it, shouldn't you? ;)“
“Today has been the worst day of my life and I decided to stop for a md Oreo blast, the person on the intercom was very nice, she said her name and said to have a wonder day, the person who delivered my ice cream complimented my nails and that little gesture made my day and put a smile on my face. Left the store thinking someone noticed details and took my mind off my problems. Thank you Sonic crew couple months ago I’ve noticed new faces and I thank you for that because my experiences haven’t been the best at this unit. I will be back soon!“
“Bree was so pleasant to deal with. We have a big family and the order can get lengthy and complicated but she took it with no problems. Her professionalism, customer service, and attention to deal with really impressed us. The food was delicious and came out quick, served with a smile!“
