“We had a bit of communication problem at the drive in and park at stall 19. Don't know it it was new employee, language barrier or audio inside the store. In the end, we received the food from our delightful carhop. It was tasty as expected!“
“I stopped at this location this morning, the lady working was extremely helpful with my order and not to mention her GREAT customer service and great food! I order a Bacon Brioche sandwich and came out as I ordered and hot and fresh!!! I will definitely be coming back as the food, service are outstanding. 10/10“
“A few days ago, I bought a few cheeseburgers through the drive through and one of them was supposed to be a double cheeseburger. By mistake, I received all cheeseburgers and didn't get the double cheeseburger that I ordered. When I went inside to try to exchange my burger for the double, they asked if I could wait 2 minutes for the double and that I can just keep the cheeseburger otherwise they will have to throw it away anyway. Not wanting to waste food, because I surely cannot eat both a double and a cheeseburger, I just chose to decline the offer. They apologized and simply refunded me for the cheeseburger, I also kept my cheeseburger, and they still asked if they could give me the double cheeseburger. Everyone make mistakes, but it's how people choose to fix their mistakes that really matter to me. I cannot say enough good things about the management and the employees who work at this Sonic location. They were nice, friendly, and were very quick to want to fix the issue. That was really one of the best customer service experience I have seen in a long time and I just have to comment on it.“
“This is probably my favorite sonic location in the greater Houston area! Fast and reliable service with such a wonderful atmosphere! The customer service is beyond— specifically from Mark. He is the sweetest, most kind person ever and he always makes sure to greet me if he sees my name on the order. I never have issues ordering at this location and I have been coming to this one for years. Thank you to Mark who never fails to make sure I leave the store satisfied with my order. 10/10 would recommend.“
“The driveway is horrible. It is an obstacle course. The potholes are deep, and there are dozens of them. The Fry Rd location is way further to go, but I think that will be where I need to go from now on. I have ordered a strawberry slush several times but never get extra strawberries.“

The dining room looks under construction but it’s nice to have as sonic is typically drive through only.

“I had a superb experience here. I always order a BLT which is no longer on the actual menu but Natalie saved the day & shared how to order in the future & also assured me she would pass along the information to her manager to get it back on the menu.

“Took longer than expected since we did order from the app. However, there seemed to be only 2 people working at the peak busy dinner time. But, it was definitely worth the wait since the new Sonic on Clay is not good at all, and this location has given me urge for sonic back“
“I'm giving this Sonic 5 stars tonight NOT because of past service experiences. Past service experiences was wayyyyy under this 5. I'm giving a 5 to them because of one employee that worked tonight on Christmas and had such a HUSTLE about him, it touched me to do a review. Anthony, was literally running out to the cars and getting orders out at a speed I had never seen at this location. He even confirmed my order before taking my card and it was certain wrong. He helped me order correctly then took my money. Anthony needs to train those other employees about moving with a quickness because it is a drive thru restaurant. We just want hot, fast food done correctly so we can go home. Merry Christmas Anthony. You were really working hard and it showed man.“
“Hadn't been to Sonic in months. However, the food was delicious. And the wait was not long at all. The chicken slider was hot and fresh.
Parking: The drive-in slots were not full. So there were many to choose from. The option to pay at the oder board is always a winner.“
