Sonic Drive-In offers excellent customer service, with respectful and hospitable employees like Brittney, Tara, and Ms. Rossie, who ensure orders are fast, correct, and fresh. While some customers have had issues with the quality of specific menu items, like the popcorn chicken, others praise the friendly staff and correct order preparation. The restaurant can get busy, but workers remain professional and polite. One suggestion for improvement is to make the pickup process easier, perhaps by numbering the pick-up slots. Overall, the restaurant excels in customer service but could work on consistency in food quality and pickup convenience. The location is spacious for customers but can feel small for staff, making their job harder at times.
