This location is usually fine when it’s not busy, but whenever there’s a rush, things seem to fall apart. Orders get mixed up, items are made incorrectly, and the overall service becomes pretty chaotic. I understand it can get busy, but they definitely need a better system for handling rush hours.
My favorite Starbucks branch that is near my house! Somehow my drink just always turns out right even with my customization everytime I order a drink! It’s like the barista in this branch somehow knew exactly what I wanted for my drink. The fact that they are also nice is incredible cuz I’ve gotten used to ordering my drinks with them. The place is also clean and well kept so it's nice to stop by here and just enjoy the ambiance!
This one location usually take a little longer to get the drinks. It's a very busy location due to the area it is in being close to the highway. My coffee was a little bit more bitter today than other times, but still decent.
