Sonic Drive-In in Spring

“My brother and I stopped by, the manager. Robin came out and started talking to us and we ordered two drinks and smashburgers on the app, and then we had to go in and tell her we're sorry, but My brother's car wasn't working and I didn't have my wallet and she actually helped us out by giving us this meal.. she is the best... Being diabetic that really helped. And all she asked is that we come back and see her again which we are definitely going to. God bless, Robin.“

“Come here for lunch every once in a while but this is one of the best ran fast food restaurants I been to in a while. Food is ready shortly after I order from the app. Order always comes out tasting recently made and the workers always show great customer service. This is all that I want from a fast food place and they do it exceptionally well.“

“I get drinks here pretty consistently and the service and people are always great but there is so much ice in the drinks!! i started ordering them with light ice but still kept getting lots. today i drank my large easy ice soda within the car ride home bc the cup was filled up to an inch from the top with ice“

“I love Sonic but this Sonic takes forever to do anything. I went yesterday and ordered a drink and they brought me put someone else's drink. I repressed the button to let me know its not my drink. I did sat another ten minutes and still no drink to having to call one of the servers walking by to say what I already told the person on the intercom. Then waited again for just the drink to come out to me. They either need to hire more works or something because to wait almost 30 mins just for a drink order is crazy.“

“I just HAVE to give a huge shoutout to Jay at Sonic because this man is a HERO in a headset! Twice now, my kids have come to this location and every single time, Jay has gone above and beyond. But today, on Thanksgiving of all days, he absolutely SAVED us.

My daughter was seconds away from a full Thanksgiving meltdown because she wanted a hotdog instead of turkey (😂 mom life), and Jay handled the situation with the kindest attitude, the biggest smile, and the most professional service ever. He did not just take our order, he rescued our holiday.

Jay is patient, attentive, fast, and genuinely cares about the customers he serves. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of customer service is rare these days. He turned what could have been a stressful moment into something sweet we will remember forever.

The mozzarella sticks put me on another corporeal realm of existence I thought I’d met my maker. This experience has enlightened me in ways that Buddhist monks dream of. I am naming my firstborn son “Sonic” in reference to this fine establishment, and god almighty bless you if you do not get Korben’s service, as his is service compares to none.“
