Sonic Drive-In in Spring

“My brother and I stopped by, the manager. Robin came out and started talking to us and we ordered two drinks and smashburgers on the app, and then we had to go in and tell her we're sorry, but My brother's car wasn't working and I didn't have my wallet and she actually helped us out by giving us this meal.. she is the best... Being diabetic that really helped. And all she asked is that we come back and see her again which we are definitely going to. God bless, Robin.“

“This location excels because they have fantastic customer service, every one we have spoken to has been polite, even peppy on some occasions, which is a lot to ask for when they have to walk in and out of the heat to deliver orders. The food is always consistent, warm, and good. The wait is never long, even when pulling up and ordering directly, maybe ten minutes at most. But we use the app a ton, which offers a lot of deals and works pretty seamlessly with their whole system.“

“Okay, I have to give credit where credit is due because this particular Sonic was ON POINT. No mistakes here — my order was correct the first time, which honestly surprised me after reviewing so many other Sonics. The food was fresh, service was good, and everything came exactly how I ordered it. By far, this has been one of the better Sonic experiences I’ve had. “Had the best reeces blast today that just made my experience so sweet- reminding me why the 7011 Louetta Sonic is and will always be my favorite food spot. I ask for a reeces blast- and as with any blast, invited uncertainty to my evening as the amounts of your candy toppings vary. But as I spoke my order into the microphone… I caught a glimpse of my savior. I knew everything would be ok- as I saw Ellie Weaver (I had to ask my food runner her name just to be sure!) in that blue sonic uniform in the kitchen. The tension in my body completely dissolved. Ever since Ellie has been working at this location I haven’t been able to stop going. While I love this location dearly and have no bad experiences to date, her presence has sincerely altered the sonic customer experience for me, and all to come and get a drink graced by her hands. It was almost as if she was created- sculpted with preciseness to give her the ability to make ONLY the best sonic blasts the world has ever tasted. And when that food runner gave me my drink, I knew I didn’t need to open the lid to check if the service on my drinker my expectations- but I did it to admire the sheer beauty of her work. The best sonic blast I have ever had. Thank you Ellie.“

“I love Sonic but this Sonic takes forever to do anything. I went yesterday and ordered a drink and they brought me put someone else's drink. I repressed the button to let me know its not my drink. I did sat another ten minutes and still no drink to having to call one of the servers walking by to say what I already told the person on the intercom. Then waited again for just the drink to come out to me. They either need to hire more works or something because to wait almost 30 mins just for a drink order is crazy.“

Korben is an angel from my dreams come to life and haunts all competitors nightmares with his service skills. We got extra twist on the side and he did NOT disappoint. The mozzarella sticks put me on another corporeal realm of existence I thought I’d met my maker. This experience has enlightened me in ways that Buddhist monks dream of. I am naming my firstborn son “Sonic” in reference to this fine establishment, and god almighty bless you if you do not get Korben’s service, as his is service compares to none.“
