Sonic Drive-In in Conroe

“I have know clue who’s in the back on the grill whipping up the food but holy smokes that boy can cook. I believe his name is Jacob, anywho the guy is an absolutely grill master!! I say give the kid a raise matter fact put him on master chef!!“

“I was driving through Conroe on the way to see my grandma in the Houston hospital, and I stopped for a hotdog. Never have I ever seen a Sonic this fast and nice- and I used to work for one! When I pushed the red button it was immediately answered, and I kid you not my meal was brought out in less than 2/3 minutes. Still fresh! My server Alexys was very kind and prompt. So sorry I did not have cash for a nice tip. Kudos to this Sonic & Alexys!! I have now ordered, received my food and finished this review in less than 10 minutes!“

“They were REALLY busy and I only ordered a shake but it took 15 minutes to get my shake. They were incredibly kind and apologetic and offered me a free drink and a free sundae. They more than made up for the long wait! This location is always amazing when I stop in (which is a lot more than I should 😁)“

“I had a small issue with my order because my chili cheese tots were accidentally left out. I called the store, and they immediately took care of it with outstanding customer service. Not only did they replace what was missing, but they also offered more than I expected for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and what really matters is how they're handled—and this team went above and beyond to make it right. Because of the excellent customer service I received, I'll definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!
On a side note: the food was good & they had it out quickly, although the onion rings, cheddar peppers & mozzerella sticks tasted a little differently then normal. Not sure if that has to do with the grease or a change in recipe but overall everything was great! look forward to another positive experience at this location.“
