Sonic Drive-In in Tomball

“Did a Doordash here. Kid ran it out and threw receipt in th bag & when I tried to confirm the order kept walking away saying uh hu as he did and I was gonna ask him to get some napkins for them as none in the bag but no go. He was long gone as if super busy but my vehicle was the only one parked so not sure why he couldn't just take a quick minute so I could be sure the order was correct before leaving:( Bummed me out since today was my 1st day working with Doordash so I wanted to be certain everything went well. Ended up fine but left me feeling I was a super unimportant customer to him:(

“just wanted to give a big thank you to carhop Emily for taking our order. The place was extremely busy and we had a pretty large order, but she kindly let us know ahead of time that there would be a wait which we completely understood and appreciated.
Even though things were packed, we noticed her staying active, helping multiple cars, and keeping a great attitude the whole time. That really stood out to us. My wife and I both appreciated her positivity and professionalism, especially during such a hectic moment.
Having worked in the fast food industry for 20 years, I know how tough it can get, and Emily handled it so well. We definitely need more people with her kind of attitude at this location.
