Parking: It's not actually the parking because everybody has their boots that they drive up into but the waitresses were there friendly and very respectable and they have so many options for children dinners there

Kid-friendliness: I just seen on their menu what they had and it was a good child's menu and a lot of different choices for the parents“

“Half the stalls don't work and the people are rude, and slow with cloths on that look like they been in it for days, the attitude the girls have need to be fired but it's the only one in the area but I'm about find another one my south stores I made friends with the car hops but here in the north they don't care. It's sad“

“Good food. Fast service But just Lazy attempt to make good on expectations. I got a Sonic Blast M&M and talk about just last. They put all my M&M on top and thought that would be enough to please. “This is the only Sonic in and around CL that is staffed with people who don't hate their lives and customer service. This Sonic gives me hope, the best ice cream, and a will to live. They don't close early. They don't act like you're asking for a kidney when you're just asking for happy chemicals for your brain in the form of frozen joy. I love this Sonic. The other Bay Area location.... I'd rather eat glass and spend the day at the DMV or listening to slam poetry.

“The service here is really fast compared to the location on Little York. I come here about 3 times a month and never have any problems. The lady who is at the microphone does a really good job taking orders. And who ever is making the burgers is doing an amazing job. I love there $6 deal it's very filling. And I love their cherry limeades. If you are in the area it's worth stopping here. And it's right near the freeway.“

“The service I receive is nice and polite. The dining area is kept clean. I’ve been here a few times and my food is always fresh, order accurate, and properly prepared. I am an ice cream/shake fiend and I was particularly impressed with the Strawberry Cheesecake shake I got today. I felt like I got exactly what I asked for and will definitely be returning for more!“

“I tried the new Smash Double. I liked it, definitely hit the spot. The chicken bites were kind of a miss for me, though. Too much breading, I think. The chicken itself was good and was piping hot, but the breading was a bit thick and hard. I had a vanilla shake with my meal. That was another plus side item, very enjoyable. The employee at the moment window was on top of their game too. There was a car in front of the window, but the employee stepped out through a side door to get my shake to me early. That was very much appreciated. By the way, you can see a glimpse of the Astrodome from the drive-thru!“

“It's sonic, if you like it, then you already know what you're getting. 1/2 price Tuesday cheeseburgers are always nice.This sonic also has the chicken fried steak sandwich which is my favorite.Daily deals...for flavor to price it's hard to beat.“

“This Sonic is located on a relatively quiet street, surrounded by trees. It feels like rolling into the 80s. Ording was quick and delivery as well. After a quick check that all items were there we could munch away.

The tater tots were great, and all around we had a great meal! Not sure if we should have asked for dipping sauces or if they were forgotten, but anyway they weren’t even necessary. I’ll definitely come back here. And then feel a little guilty not cooking for myself.“

“Everyone is always nice and gets my order correct which should be a must, but is very difficult now a days. Food is always yummy and late night runs are the best! The staff also helps when I tell them I want a very chocolatey sonic blast, it’s delicious😌“

I usually eat the same thing each time. I go to a sonic and I love how proportionated is the chile is to the cheese. I'm very big on when everything gets stuck on the paper. There's nothing left on my hot dog, but they packed it just right“

“Haven't been to this location since the remodeling. Its very nice lots of room to drive in and out. Service was fast and friendly considering the amount of cars in the drive thru, Foodwise the corndog was spot on, but I only received 1 packet of mustard. The drink was cold and refreshing. But the chili cheese tots were not hitting the mark. As my mom would say no love. Very little chili most tots were not touched with either cheese or chili. The onions were piled in one place. Good jalapeño spacing. The tots were at a good temperature, but the presentation made the whole experience disappointing. Prices are very good.“

“I highly recommend this Sonic! The manager Casey is very friendly and extremely efficient. When I had an issue with not receiving an item (it was Halloween and very busy), Casey handled my issue very quickly with a satisfying resolution. When I came back over two weeks later to pick up my item, Casey not only remembered me and my item, she had my item ready in almost no time, I highly recommend this Sonic over any others!“

“I have visited this sonic many times and every time I come I receive awesome service. One of the sonic members in particular makes sure he puts a smile on our face every time with his jokes and crazy antics. “The car hop brought back change from my $20. She did not give us the .87 back, I guess she decided to keep it for a tip. I did pull up to the drive through to bring this situation to their attention. I wanted them to let the car hop know that I was prepared to give her a two dollar tip. If only she had not made the decision to take the coins. I would also like to say that it is possible she could not make change, as we've seen, the younger generation has difficulty with this. Regardless of the reason this needs to be addressed.“

“Honestly, not bad for a drive in restaurant. The convience of waiting in your car while your food is being made serves out a great market for people who are in a hurry. The added dining room outside was good. I would definitely return to Sonic for a snack and that's mainly it.“

“Today I decided to stop and grab a icy treat for my son and I. I ordered 2 medium Ocean Water slushes. While they were good, I had to make time to leave a review for the outstanding service I recieved.

Mr. Jarvis was handling the drive-thru AND car hop. He was professional and personable. Kudos to our young people in this community treating customers with respect. We truly appreciate you and pray your own work conditions would be supportive of you too.“

“The day manager is a real sweetie. He’s always so friendly and so nice and comes out to greet you and it’s just an overall cool person. However his staff always seems to be in a hurry and irritated even though they have a smile on their face it looks like you’re forcing them at gunpoint to do so. It’s impossible here to ever get condiments and when you ask for them the staff always seems really put out by it. That bothers me because at every other sonic in the United States they usually have ketchup or sugar or whatever in their apron pocket to assist when a customer asks for napkins or ketchup. But at this location I don’t know if it means that they are just short on catchup packets and maybe the employees get tested if they have to go back in and get something for a customer but it really ruins the dining experience when you see your car hop rolled her eyes at you to go and get something that should’ve been included in the first place. The only reason I’m giving it four-star is because I love the route 44 drinks and ice and the manager is a great example of how all employees should act. I do hope that he sees us and uses the constructive criticism to remind cops that he can 100% change a persons opinion of a restaurant if they forgot some thing to just smile genuinely and say no problem let me get that for you. Because it isn’t a problem or at least it shouldn’t be. But a comment of yeah Fine hold on and an eye roll really sours the experience no matter how good the food is you’re not gonna want to come back to this location. Just saying.“

Only 1 little complaint...and it's about the parking lot area ..Please take up the big yellow chunk of concrete out that's right next the driveway because when you're driving and turning in to the right it is not very noticeable and it could mess up someone's rims as it sticks up like a curb.“

“I arrived in Houston Texas and was hungry after a 2 1/2 hour flight. Little did I know Christmas Eve everything was closing in Texas however the Sonic line was exceptionally long but moves at a nice place. The staff was majorly wonderful and I truly appreciate that and we actually gave them a tip of cash because they truly deserved it the staff was amazing. And the food was absolutely great as well.“

“I had a wonderful experience with a lady named kacey. I don’t know if she was the manager or not but she should 100% get a raise or something. Absolutely amazing person fixed my issue real fast with no issue or signs on complaint. “I went there to sonic on Almeda Genoa and they said their ice cream machine doesn’t work so they couldn’t make shakes. I went there specifically for the peanut butter bacon shake to share with my granddaughter whom is almost five years old. we drove from there all the way to Scarsdale location. As I’m getting home I realize the shake is only peanut butter shake. We ordered the peanut butter bacon shake. I was so disappointed!“

“Yesterday, we decided on trying this location because we were in the area and wanted something quick to eat. We ended up getting 3 things. The garlic butter bacon burger with fries and a large coke, the new Buffalo chicken bites, and a Jr burger for my son.The Garlic Butter Bacon Burger was decent for the most part, but the only problem was the bacon itself. The bacon tasted like it sat out all day, maybe a couple of days old. It tasted like bacon jerky. The rest of the burger was actually really good.The Buffalo chicken bites, though, were my favorite. It was perfectly crispy, and the Buffalo chicken inside was the perfect amount, and I got a 5 piece. The only thing I wish they would've given me was something to dip them into, like ranchMy son's burger was a bit dry. We asked for his burger to be plain, not dry. My son liked it, though. He usually likes his burger with cheese and mustard. The fries were crispy.The server, Marisol, was the only one working, and I respect that. Her customer service was exceptional. Next time we're in the area, we'll return.“

“Food is ok. You're not looking for or going to find super high quality food at a fast food establishment, but the food is good, hot and fresh, and the drink menu is diverse. The food has gotten a bit more expensive over the years, but that's kinda everywhere, due to inflation and rising food costs, across the board, so it's not really their fault, but it leaves you wishing it was 10 years ago. I'll definitely eat here again.“

“We went for a chocolate shake and ice cream. They were overwhelmed with the volume. For me, it's not a issue waiting for what I would like. What really makes a difference is service.The lady at the drive up window was extremely polite and kind. Whoever she is needs to be recognized for that. “I have no complaints at all for this sonic. They have always done me good over the years of going here. Today I ordered a double bacon cheese burger fully customized with tator tots and a cherry limeade. I put my order in on the app and drove less than 10 minutes to get there. My food was ready to go and they brought it out to me quickly and with everything I needed including sauces I asked for and napkins.“

“It has been a year since we last ate at this location. Today I ordered through an app called DoorDash. The food was immaculate! Everything was ordered and given correctly, very fresh , even tried the new smash dill pickle burger, which was beautifully prepared! Amazing franchise owner of this location, a very clean establishment as well. My experience though was a little more empathetic and for that reason I feel the need to emphasize the energy this location is founded on. I, as a single mother working full time, went to this location after work and after picking up my daughter from her baby sitter to get us a little drink and some snackys on our one hour commute home. I, unfortunately, had just lost my card and did not have it, and only had Apple Pay which this location does not currently have for the time being, however, fortunately, Mr. Harold was there helping at the window and got me that day on the payment as I had no way of paying and my daughter was already in the back seat excited and awaiting her fries 🥺🥹🥹 but thankfully Mr Harold was there and spared me. So shoutout to this location, I most def recommend and especially for the atmosphere created🙏🏽🫂 thank you sir.. in life the little moments like these are what ultimately make up the entire journey, and making them positive for everyone involved makes the process, the journey, the experience more enjoyable, more peaceful, more positively karmic and most importantly, worth more than what a money/cash transaction would have brought. “I literally just went on this day to get a route 44 cup of ice from the back, anytime I make this request and they actually do it, I am sure to tip this person more. I tip at Sonic if I do not go through the drive thru, but to make a long story short the worker went and got the ice from the back and did not forget to bring me a straw and a long spoon 🥄 I was so grateful and I will return just because of this service.“

“When we work in Summerwood we try to eat here a few times! Hot and fresh food, always...but they have some of the sweetest employees...that is what I enjoy the most!
