“I had a really great experience at Sonic! Neveya provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. She was very friendly, polite, and welcoming, and she made sure I had everything I needed with my order. She had such a positive attitude and a nice smile that made the experience even better.

It’s always nice to come across an employee who is patient and genuinely friendly with customers. Nevaya made me feel welcomed and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She was attentive and made sure my order was taken care of correctly and that I had everything I needed ,Her great personality and customer service really stood out to me. Sonic definitely has a great employee with Nevaya and I’ll be happy to come back again!“

“I hadn’t been to a sonic in more than 20 years… yep, I’m THAT old 😁🫣 the menu has changed since then and they weren’t riding around on skates which I was sad about BUT the service was fast and friendly and we
enjoyed eating our burgers and dogs in the car for a drive-in experience.

The food was so delicious we sat there and ordered seconds! My kids have asked me many many times to take them back so I’ll take their word for it that it’s a great place for a bite to eat!“

“This is the only Sonic in and around CL that is staffed with people who don't hate their lives and customer service. This Sonic gives me hope, the best ice cream, and a will to live. They don't close early. They don't act like you're asking for a kidney when you're just asking for happy chemicals for your brain in the form of frozen joy. I love this Sonic. The other Bay Area location.... I'd rather eat glass and spend the day at the DMV or listening to slam poetry.

“Half the stalls don't work and the people are rude, and slow with cloths on that look like they been in it for days, the attitude the girls have need to be fired but it's the only one in the area but I'm about find another one my south stores I made friends with the car hops but here in the north they don't care. It's sad“

“For the first time ever the coconut slush was horrible, nasty just plain disgusting. It tasted like cheap powered milk poured on ice as u can see very cluttered. I tried to drink as much as I could, but my throat was dry like sand drinking this.“

“Everyone is always nice and gets my order correct which should be a must, but is very difficult now a days. Food is always yummy and late night runs are the best! The staff also helps when I tell them I want a very chocolatey sonic blast, it’s delicious😌“

“This Sonic is located on a relatively quiet street, surrounded by trees. It feels like rolling into the 80s. Ording was quick and delivery as well. After a quick check that all items were there we could munch away.

The tater tots were great, and all around we had a great meal! Not sure if we should have asked for dipping sauces or if they were forgotten, but anyway they weren’t even necessary. I’ll definitely come back here. And then feel a little guilty not cooking for myself.“

“Marcia and Angel are the best the turnover right at this place is awful. They hire a bunch of teenagers that just basically throw the food at you. I’ve been going here for years because it’s convenient and the app is horrible. It only works half the time to get a half price strength.“

“I had a wonderful experience with a lady named kacey. I don’t know if she was the manager or not but she should 100% get a raise or something. Absolutely amazing person fixed my issue real fast with no issue or signs on complaint. I tried tipping her but she couldn’t accept cashless tips, next time i go here i will for sure bring cash to tip her.“

“I arrived in Houston Texas and was hungry after a 2 1/2 hour flight. Little did I know Christmas Eve everything was closing in Texas however the Sonic line was exceptionally long but moves at a nice place. The staff was majorly wonderful and I truly appreciate that and we actually gave them a tip of cash because they truly deserved it the staff was amazing. And the food was absolutely great as well.“

“When we work in Summerwood we try to eat here a few times! Hot and fresh food, always...but they have some of the sweetest employees...that is what I enjoy the most!
