I knew the wait times were gonna be absolutely catastrophic, so I ordered well ahead of time, and surprise, my order wasn't ready, and I had to wait almost an extra half hour. Fast food places need to take a customer's time into more consideration, especially if they're ordering ahead of time. That's the whole point of scheduling an order.
This sonic doesn't care who's in line or how many customers are waiting in line. After waiting for almost 30 min for a route 44slush I just drove off. I watched the staff talking and sipping on there own drinks but they could careless if paying customers received there's. Go to the one on west rd way better staff.

This location is inconsistent in service. When I tip on the app I never get my order on time and I get the run around when I push the red button, even though the app says my food is ready. I end up waiting 10-15 min everytime I tip AFTER the app says my food is ready. When I don’t tip…I seem to get amazing service at this location… so basically… DONT TIP FOR A1 Service! it makes no sense… this is ridiculous.
