We ordered through the app and got there 5 minutes early and placed the stall number for pickup, as directed by the app. Waited for 15 minutes until pushing the button on the stall. 10 minutes later, when we heard from the comms from the stall, they said ( in a rude attitude) we can't check in through the app. We checked in through the app at this sonic a month ago. This has to be the worst Sonic we have ever been to. Rude- No sense of urgency-Waited 45mins- always closes early- these employees obviously do not want to work. Franchise owner does not care about this business. We will be going to Sonic on Alameda Genoa.

We got there at 10:20. We clicked the button and waited for like 15 minutes and no one answered then we went through the drive thru and waited for another 15 minutes or so still no answer a line of three cars formed behind us and then we could see the employee walk up to the glass and check then walked away and continued to ignore us. This place is losing money because of lazy and inconsiderate employees.
