We got there at 10:20. We clicked the button and waited for like 15 minutes and no one answered then we went through the drive thru and waited for another 15 minutes or so still no answer a line of three cars formed behind us and then we could see the employee walk up to the glass and check then walked away and continued to ignore us. This place is losing money because of lazy and inconsiderate employees.

We ordered through the app and got there 5 minutes early and placed the stall number for pickup, as directed by the app. Waited for 15 minutes until pushing the button on the stall. 10 minutes later, when we heard from the comms from the stall, they said ( in a rude attitude) we can't check in through the app. We checked in through the app at this sonic a month ago. Is there a structural disconnect? All in all, we got our order 30 minutes after the set up pick up time and the order was also wrong.

This has to be the worst Sonic we have ever been to. Rude- No sense of urgency-Waited 45mins- always closes early- these employees obviously do not want to work. Franchise owner does not care about this business. We will be going to Sonic on Alameda Genoa.

This Sonic Trash, you wait 30 minutes before someone takes your order they just look at you. Why you work here and don't want to work just close!!! This place needs 0 stars they don't deserve 1. I watch 3 cars leave because they would not take our orders. I press the button 4 times and it wasn't busy nor near closing. Please shut this place down or get a whole new crew cause the people you got are ruining the sonic name and brand ??????????

Went through the Drive thru, which the speaker did not work, and ordered 2 corn dogs and 2 drinks. The guy tells me he doesn't have any change and did I mind if he shorts me 47 cents. SMH !!

PSA, if you come here on a weekday after 7pm you probably won’t get any service. Pulled up to the window in the evening and not an employee in sight. Save your time and money and head over to the Pearland Parkway Sonic, they know what’s up. As for this location 0/5

Went and purchased a kids meal for my son and asked for apple juice. I was told they are out of stock. I asked for the milk and was told it was out of stock. I then requested a lemonade for him and to my surprise, was charged $1.20 for the drink.
