In car dining. We were seeing someone else’s order on our screen, hefty +$40 at a fast food. Then the screen cleared and we had to wait for another 10 minutes. All we wanted was tater tots and a drink. Spent way more time than we wanted to.
I came in yesterday and had a really good experience. The heavy set man with the dreadlocks really stood out to me. I noticed that he actually goes out of his way to check on the customers and make sure everyone is good, which you don’t see everywhere.
I also noticed how the other employees interacted with him. They genuinely seemed happy working with him, and the atmosphere felt positive and welcoming. You can tell he cares about both the customers and his team.
