I would give this Panera bread a 0 but it won’t let me post without a star.I went in today for lunch with my 94 year old mother and my disabled sister.There was no one at the counter but then the lady walked by and said I’ll be right with you it’s really busy. Mind you there was no one else at the counter and the restaurant was about 25% full. We placed our order and went to sit down. My mom went to get her coffee and there was no dark roast. My husband and I both ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and soup. He got French onion and I got the broccoli cheddar. My soup was cold, his was hot though. Our sandwiches were even toasted hardly, and they only had the chicken, cheese, and bbq sauce, no crispy onion and purple onion. Then to top it off they had hardly any chicken in them. Hands down the worst customer service. It took several minutes for anyone to come to the counter. There was only one other customer in the lobby and the drive through was not backed up. An employee in the lobby said he would go get a counter person. When the counter person came from the back, he was saying “I know, I know”.
