I really want to like this place more. The food is very good, particularly at the price point. Its just that something does not go quite right every other time we order from them. Stopped ordering delivery since they would screw something up every other order (either forget an item, send a small instead of the large item ordered, etc). Takeout is fine, but avoid the drive through window since waits can be long. I keep hoping they'll iron out their kinks, but not looking...read full review
I really enjoy going to this Panera. It feels nostalgic with the wonderful food, but modern with the look. The staff is always nice and helpful. Relaxing place to sit and eat some comforting food.
Great Service and food!! I was waiting in line for a little bit longer than expected, when I pulled up Anayah immediately opened the drive-thru door with a genuine smile and apologized, letting me know what was going on and that they were taking care of my order speedily.
Such good energy, and genuinely concerned. She left such a great impression - as someone that’s worked in fast food, I can say that’s becoming more and more rare.
