This location sucks. They mess up at least one thing every order and tonight they forgot to put cheese on 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and gave a completely different burger then the one ordered and charged for. Only thing good about this location is the weed they’re smoking.

I ordered a combo and I requested that there be no bacon on my sandwich and of course it was bacon on it I took it back they took my sandwich removed the bacon and gave it back to me I told her no ma'am that's cross contamination and it is unacceptable so I asked for my money back . It shows that there is no concern for the costumer at all .
Used SONIC APP to place online order with no problems, checked in at stall #5 and order was delivered swiftly. ?Parking: Carhops deliver the goods to the stall where you are parked.
Ordered a small sonic blast with snickers. Asked for extra snickers and for whipped cream on top. Not sure when they stopped the whip cream on top, but it’s no longer offered at this location. Got my blast and started eating it, not only was there NO snickers in the actual ice cream, it tasted sour.

Normally this location doesn't do a very good job of preparing drinks or mixing the shakes well enough. But, yesterday, for the first time in five years, I experienced some of the best service. New carhops that I've seen by the name of Raniah and Ethan (I believe that's what their names are) did an amazing job yesterday. This location was particularly busy right before closing and these carhops were running to get out orders and fulfilling them as efficiently and quickly as they could. They were both very welcoming and kind, explaining things to other customers despite being under the pressure of being busy. My order took less than five minutes to wait for (which never happens) and the drinks I ordered were amazing. Things are looking up for this location and I'm excited to see what else changes!
