The BBQ chicken sandwich caught me off guard, tender, tangy, and way better than a quick pit stop has any right to be.
The Double Cheeseburger was worth every messy bite, but the painfully slow service really took the wind out of it.
I got the seven dollar meal, the chicken nuggets and burger was great but the fries were hard as anything. I absent-mindedly ate an overcooked one and I heard a loud crunch. I was not sure if it was my tooth or a fry...

Sonic Drive-In has mixed reviews. The drive-thru experience can be improved, as the drive-thru person may not always be friendly, and the drive-up menus may not function properly. Payment issues in the drive-thru have also been reported. However, the staff is generally kind and helpful, with some praise going to the manager for honoring advertised deals and providing good customer service. One employee was especially commended for delivering orders with a smile and being courteous. Despite some concerns about maintenance and staffing over the past few years, the staff's kindness and efficiency are appreciated. The location could benefit from modernization, particularly in updating the drive-thru system and PA system for taking orders. Some customers reported issues with stalls being out of service, causing longer lines and reliance on ordering via the app, which sometimes led to delays. A few customers also mentioned the quality of certain items like blushes being watery, possibly sitting in the heat. Overall, there is hope that the franchisee will invest in improving the location and resources to enhance the customer experience.
