My cheesy tater tots tasted microwave

Not really sure what happened but recently the service here hasn’t been that great… the last two times I went they forgot my cheeseburger in the $7 cheeseburger meal. I ordered a smasher and luckily they took off all the things I didn’t want but then they gave me two bottom buns… I mean bread is bread it’s just the accuracy of my orders hasn’t been great. The employees are always super nice though and I understand it can get busy.
