KFC in Cypress

“My family and I just discovered this location since we've moved to the area, and I have to say that we are impressed with the presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant compared to most KFC chains that we have visited in the past in other locations! The guy manager was very nice and accommodating, and some of the other guy cashiers, I know one named Sam, also had great customer service. Now we did visit on Monday night, and encountered a very nasty employee working the drive-through, her name is Edilde. She had very poor customer service, she had an attitude when we asked for condiments, she refused to let us substitute for all legs (for the kids), AND she got our order wrong. When we called to tell her we were missing a box, she had a very nasty attitude, and argued us down saying that she gave us all 4 boxes and that she had cameras, which we urged her to promptly check. We told her that we were circling back for the missing box, and as she spoke to her staff regarding the order, she discovered that she did NOT in fact, get our order correct, only gave us 3 boxes, and gave us a halfhearted apology while rushing us out of the window. We are definitely planning to make another trip to let the other manager know about her as soon as we get the chance. We went there today to dine in, but he was already gone for the day. All in all, this is a great location (even better if they get rid of Edilde and her attitude). They even sell the grilled chicken, which is SUPERB! Very tasty! Our kids have allergies so we have to be cautious everywhere that we eat. Great job on the cleanliness and presentation of this location guys, keep up the good work!“

“Great chicken!! Went there Friday during the day ordered the 10 piece original and told them I wanted it hot and fresh. The manager asked me if I could wait 10 minutes. In 10 minutes I had my hot delicious original chicken ? just like the old days!! It was fantastic!!“
