The young man that was working the drive through had the most amazing customer service 👏 it is so often that you get employees who seem like they dont want to be bothered or do their job..but this young man really had a polite demeanor to him and I appreciate it so much. “Out of town guests, we were greeted by management and thanked for visiting her store. My family and I enjoyed our meals and uplifting conversations with laughter. “On this day 10/04/2024 I visited the KFC Restaurant on 8787 Tidwell Rd, Houston, TX 77028 The drive thru clerk Anisa or Aniza was a grand stewardess. She is of high frequency and vibration. She made an imprint within my visit there today. It was something to experience. Pleasant would not validate the exchange of authentic energy Anisa was found to be in. She lead with ownership and a hospitality we any consumer returning wants and needs. She would be the first familiar face I would want to greet me. She deserves a promotion or some form of recognition for the demonstration of leadership qualities and what it truly means to be GRAND!!! I don't usually tale out time to survey services I paid for, but Anisa gave me every to do so. I am pretty sure she went above her duties. She gave forefront energy that consumers in this day and age is certain to need. She was grand. She was original. She is of reason. “I usually go to this KFC and I really like it; the food is very good and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend it. The only problem I had was a bad experience there. Once, when I went through the drive-thru, they made me wait more than 30 minutes because a woman in front of me wanted her food for free just because she wanted fresh chicken. I found this out from the cashier, who apologized to me after the woman left and offered me something free for my wait. They were very kind, and overall, it was a good experience.“

“The Hispanic lady was dry and not genuine in helping she smiles while not really resolving customers needs and only allows one to two napkins per order and I ordered original chicken 2pc meal which can be a little juicy/greasy when I asked for a few more napkins cause I'm eating on the go , she gave unfavorable attitude and a feeling of not wanting to really do that, when customers are spending there money almost 10$ for a two piece meal and you have a problem giving a few more napkins unacceptable for good customer service.“

“I went through the drive-thru at the KFC on Highway 6 and Bellaire and had an excellent experience thanks to Titus. I ordered a 2-piece chicken with mashed potatoes, and everything was hot, fresh, and prepared just right. Titus was polite, efficient, and made the process smooth and pleasant. It’s not often you get that kind of service at a drive-thru, and it really stood out. Five stars all the way!“

“I got a 3 piece chicken meal with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. My food was fresh and hot. My only slight complaint is that the sides are really small for the price of the food. I feel that the side of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes could be just a slight bit larger. This is just my humble opinion of course. The food was really good.“

“My teen and I went inside to order. They were so busy, and it was a little crazy. Workers are busting their behinds to get every order filled. There's a lady manager(?)that was doing a good job of directing the workers and keeping things organized and correct. She spoke loudly enough for all to hear and had a nice tone when talking. She's really good. It made our experience better, and we were very happy with our bucket of fried chicken and BISCUITS. YUM!!“

“While running errands I made a call to ask what was wanted for dinner. After naming a few eateries in the area, I headed to KFC.
Food was as good as the photo - delicious, with a sense of nostalgia;
I'm missing the little bucket parfait desserts - strawberry shortcake was good but make mine apple cinnamon if they ever bring the dessert back on the menu.
Although the service was prompt after LOUDLY relaying the order at the drive-thru speaker (it may need servicing), I didn't receive the receipt with my food.“

“I had been wanting to eat KFC so I finally went this past Saturday. I ordered 3 piece original meal and a one piece alone of their Bbq chicken. When I got home I sat down to eat and the chicken was so delicious I felt like I was in heaven. So yesterday (Monday) after work I stopped by to again get the 3 piece and I was not disappointed. I just love love their chicken, it’s the best I’ve had from KFC. I also have to mention that the customer service was great from the guy who took my order to the one who handed it to me. I am new in Texas and this will most definitely be my to go KFC. The place was also very clean. Thank you guys!!“

“Came here when we were craving KFC. Got a tenders big box meal came with a biscuit and two sides (cole slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy) and 6-piece wings with biffalo sauce. Tenders and sides were pretty good. Wings were fine as KFC style wings but were not the ideal buffalo wings. Maybe would have been better to order original recipe for real KFC flavor. Service was fast and friendly. Deco was really nice and it was a pleasant surprise to see Mister Sanders too. Would come by again.“

“I decided to go with KFC tonight after working today, which is Easter. I was kinda down about working the holiday and really wanted a home cooked meal. But since I worked late, that didn’t happen. I arrived at KFC, and the friendly drive thru associate by the name of Dorothy was very nice, patient and provided GREAT customer service. She went above and beyond which changed my whole attitude and made my night so much better. It’s because of employees like Dorothy that makes US customers want to come back and visit this location. And because of Dorothy, I will be returning. She made my Easter night so much better by having a GREAT attitude while providing GREAT customer service at the drive thru. “I love KFC because I know what to expect, but the woman who waited on me at the drive through window looked like she just rolled out of bed and didn’t even wash her face. There was this crusty white stuff all around her mouth. Not to mention when I got home they had shorted me and only gave me 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8.“

The location is easily accessible from the roadway, the drive thru lane was wide and clean, and the service and speed of the order being fulfilled was excellent! I ordered Chicken Littles, (mini chicken sandwiches) Potato Wedges, Mac and Cheese, Mini Chicken Nuggets, and Mashed Potatoes and Gravy on two separate trips, and we loved all of them. Additionally the food stayed nice and hot for the trip ~30 trip home, so no lost of the 'Just Ordered' flavor! Now KFC is on the the family list for some tasty fast foods.“

“We were at this location, October 23rd for dinner. We ordered a family meal and an extra side. And I have to say it was the best chicken we have ever eaten from a KFC. The people that were working there were extremely polite and friendly. We actually did an online order for pickup and decided to eat it there. They were very generous, giving us plates and forks and everything we needed to eat on-site. I was just really taken back by how nice the staff was and really, how delicious the food was.It was a great experience and will definitely be going there again... Oh, and on a side note, the music in there was fantastic!!!“
