Order in the drive thru at 9:15 it's 9:40 and I'm still waiting on my food. They said the chicken nuggets had to cook I've been out here so long I had to call(which took then forever to answer) and asked did the forget about my food and how long does it take to cook nuggets. She claimed it was coming yet I'm still waiting SERVICE IS SAD. My review before I walked out without the food was 5stars.I waited for 35 minutes to pick up the order I ordered ahead. But my bag was literally given to the Uber Eats driver and I was blamed for it. Just days away from Christmas and I have to worry about being scammed while getting lunch. Paid with cash, cashier couldn’t provide receipt. Change was wrong. When I called in to ask for my change back I was belittled, like they thought the money wasn’t a big deal. They kept repeating the amount. I work long and hard for every dollar I make, it’s not wild that I ask for the correct change. Just don’t pay with cash here and you’ll be fine, I guess.
