Order in the drive thru at 9:15 it's 9:40 and I'm still waiting on my food. They said the chicken nuggets had to cook I've been out here so long I had to call(which took then forever to answer) and asked did the forget about my food and how long does it take to cook nuggets. She claimed it was coming yet I'm still waiting SERVICE IS SAD. The cashier came out to sad that the cooked turned the fryers off early amd its taking a long time for the grease to warm up they don't close til 10:30 why is the grease off at 9pm.

My review before I walked out without the food was 5stars.I waited for 35 minutes to pick up the order I ordered ahead. But my bag was literally given to the Uber Eats driver and I was blamed for it. Driver was literally given “my bag” off the counter and I am the one at fault.I left. If y’all don’t care. Y’all don’t care. Period. Don’t try to be all I’m sorry. I was right there sitting and waiting but probably because I look white I was discriminated and made to be waiting. 5 other customers got their food since I got there. Y’all made food for 5 other people and y’all ignored me.

Just days away from Christmas and I have to worry about being scammed while getting lunch. Paid with cash, cashier couldn’t provide receipt. Change was wrong. When I called in to ask for my change back I was belittled, like they thought the money wasn’t a big deal. They kept repeating the amount. I work long and hard for every dollar I make, it’s not wild that I ask for the correct change. Just don’t pay with cash here and you’ll be fine, I guess.

I ordered a 2 piece chicken order at KFC and specifically asked for the chicken that most recently came out. The employee replied “original”. When I got my order, the chicken was greasy and appeared to have been sitting out for a while. The drink was flat as well! I asked for a refund immediately. The rude manager said. “maybe you need to try another KFC” offering no apology. This is unacceptable, customer service, and I will no longer patronize this location or any KFC moving forward ! My advice to patrons. Always check your Oder when ordering through the drive through at the Louetta and 249 location!

First of all I rarely post these reviews and I know a lot of people say that but I felt the need to post about my experience today at the KFC at Louetta and 249. My experience at this Kentucky was absolutely horrible today. Went through the drive-thru and was asking specific questions about items and the person on the microphone who I later learn was the manager Veronica was absolutely impatient and abrupt. I' tried to overlook her attitude and simply place my order and when I received my order at the window I was greeted by another worker who seemed pretty agitated because of my exchange with Veronica at the drive-thru microphone. Not friendly at all. Again I overlooked that because we often see that in fast food restaurants unfortunately. When I received my food which was a two-piece crispy dinner the chicken was absolutely horrible, dry, and barely any batter on it. I regret not taking a pic!!! I honked the horn and the manager Veronica came back to the window and I told her that I needed fresher chicken at least better than what I was given She was absolutely rude! She cut me off, talking over me and basically said it will be 30 minutes for chicken. I'm hoping that the district manager check any tapes and a microphone and see the interaction . I tried to show grace but she was extremely agitated because I asked for better chicken. It was absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant to serve Fried Chicken the way serve to me today. When I told her 30 minutes was unreasonable to wait for fresh chicken or at least for her to try to find me better pieces she got upset and just told me she would give me my money back and I kindly accepted. Managers like her need to go to an in-service or manager training to learn how to interact with customers better. There was no language. She just chose to be honery and rude. Itcis because of her that I will not frequent that restaurant anymore at least when she's the manager on duty. I've been to this KFC before and have never encountered her or the male worker that was working with her today. The other staff seem to be pretty nice but the food and the service that I received today was absolutely horrible and I'm really surprised that I was still able to maintain my composure although her disposition was unacceptable to be a manager level. I called back to the restaurant after getting my refund and asked for her district managers name. She told me she didn't know that person's name. If KFC is reading this review I strongly encourage you to please train her better if you will continue employing her at this restaurant.

I just left with my food, the order was wrong, I Iredell 3 wings and received 1 wing and 2 thighs, my husband order was wrong also, he ordered 2 wings and 2 legs, and he received 2 legs and 2 thighs, we had to wait for our food, but the chicken was old, not fresh, we will never go there

Had the new original recipe Chicken nuggets AWESOME!!!!! what took so long got a KFC bowl came with the new nuggets AWESOME!!!!!! BEST NUGGETS HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!
