Sapporo Japanese Cuisine & Bar is an amazing restaurant with extremely attentive staff, serving exceptional food. Favorites include the outstanding ramen and the "hot mama" roll. The calamari appetizer and fried rice are also delicious. Guests have noticed that the atmosphere is good and the service is great, making it a highly recommended spot that feels like dining at a friend's house.

However, some recent experiences have been mixed. While the miso ramen has been noted as better than tonkotsu ramen, there were comments that both lacked the true essence of ramen.
