I ordered a custom birthday cake for my big 30th birthday and was really disappointed with the bakery's lack of attention to detail.
I worked closely with a young man to get my custom order correctly documented on their order form. His attention to detail was phenomenal. He worked really hard to make sure everything I wanted was captured clearly and correctly on the design form.
The bakery dropped the ball on the execution.
