“Love coming to Morelia’s. On our most recent visit, the service felt less welcoming than usual, and we weren’t allowed to sit inside even though we arrived about an hour before closing. We’ve also had a prior visit where the waffle maker wasn’t available. We’ve always enjoyed this place in the past, so I hope this was just an off day and that the experience returns to what it’s been before.“

“I had the Dubai ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! It was rich, creamy, and full of flavor definitely one of the best desserts I’ve had. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and every bite was worth it.

What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. They greeted us with a smile, answered our questions, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers.

“Very delicious tiramisu! I came here specifically for the durian tiramisu since they were advertised all over social media and recommended by multiple friends of mine. They were sold out the first time I came but I went again another day and wasn't disappointed. I am usually not a huge fan of tiramisu because I do not like the taste of coffee, but I very much enjoyed their tiramisu because they have different flavors. I will definitely need to come back to try the others!

Their mascarpone is super light and creamy. There was only a slight durian taste, and a very light scent so it wasn't overbearing for those with sensitive noses. The cake is soft, fluffy, and not too sweet. It also came in a nice hard plastic container that I washed and reused. The portion size is also good and can be shared amongst 2-3 people.“

I got there and the lady at the window was nice and helped me figure out what was popular but also let me know what they were out of (to some that's not a big deal but alot of places won't tell you till AFTER you try to order so it was Def a nice touch) , area was a nice place, good music and took only around 5-8 minutes or so to make it fresh. I got the banana one..I can't remember the name but boiii the ice cream is a MUST HAVE addition with it. It IS very messy with the powdered sugar so be prepared and don't be mad if it gets on you lol. Overall the owner was a great guy. Greeted me when I got there (he was cleaning the window) but overall will def be going back and bringing friends. Thanks for hitting the spot guys!!“

“It was our first time last night. The place was clean and cute. Staffs were friendly and helpful with the ordering process. I got the upside down ube strawberry swirl with Nutella and my husband got the milk pistachio swirl with custard. Both were very good! Highly recommend!“

Maison Burdisso was introduced to me by a sweet friend and these are delicious!! They are not overwhelmingly sweet as too often they can be. Perfectly balanced flavors. Beautiful as well as super tasty.“

Between the Oatmeal Chocolate Walnut, S'mores, Salted Caramel, and Triple Chocolate, it’s honestly hard to pick a favorite. They were all warm, rich, and exactly what you want in a deluxe cookie.“

“The smoothies are phenomenal. Compared to other places, the prices are great, and they are generous with additions to your orders, such as adding more fruits that do not originally come with the specific menu item for no additional costs. They also have a point system in place that essentially rewards you with one free smoothie/bowl every 10-12 orders, iirc. Definitely would recommend, but keep in mind that it is very much a to-go location and offers minimal inside atmosphere.“

“I had Unicorn Snow/Sweets serve cotton candy and popcorn for our wedding. TLDR- Super yummy but they can work on their timeliness for communication.

I want to start by saying, it was a hit! I knew I wanted cotton candy for our cocktail hour and I am glad by guests enjoyed it. I would do it all over again.

My only complaint is communication. Initial booking inquiries went very smooth. All of my questions were answered and it went well!
In March 2024, I asked about the flavor options. I got a quick response! I chose my flavors and asked a follow up question. I asked if I should provide my own menu or if their team will provide one. I also asked for a copy of their updated COI for my venue. I followed up on 4/1, 4/30 and 8/12 before I got a response. On 8/14, I got confirmation that they will provide the menu but no confirmation on the COI. I asked to add ons as well but didn't get confirmation until the day before our wedding.

At the end of the day, they provided the services I paid for. I enjoyed the services but the communication was not ideal.“

“Had a cookie cake made for a friends birthday. Turn around time was very efficient. I was able to place my order the day before and request a certain design made. I was met with friendly staff that exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would come back to this location again.

I also order my valentines cookie cakes from them and they have never disappointed in making them fresh and well decorated!“
