I wrote a google review, I received a response saying my account was fake - I ordered a matcha drink that was prepared in front of me and I saw the low grade matcha used - I also ordered a hot peach tea and when it cooled down to drink it there was no taste, I took the lid off and didn’t find a tea bag - that’s how tea is made - I basically got hot water - I wasn’t able to respond to the review but I did edit my review to mention that it’s not a fake review and a few months...read full review
(This is only about her class) I signed up for 1/17 class which was cancelled due to the freeze. The owner reached out via email about the cancellation. I asked if she can just applied for 1/24 class. She told me it’s a decorating class and to let her know. I replied back and said that is fine. 1/24 drove to her shop to find out she wasn’t even there and her assistant told me there would not be a class since no one signed up for it.
