Customer service could be better, when picking up online orders, the employees could be better at informing customers of wait times. Overall everyone seems to have a lack of energy and don’t want to be there. When ordering the new lime chicken recipe, you’ll receive the regular chicken.
A Chipotle is a Chipotle the menu items are the question. I tried the Pollo Asado. It was a tasty bite, didn't blow my socks off but was good. Service at the location was fine. Order was correct and they had decent attitudes.
