I go to this location a lot and although the staff and food is pretty great, I am definitely tired of the homeless man consistently standing outside the restaurant every single time I go. I understand this area does have a lot of homeless people but he is there every single time I drive by, without fail. I share a lot of the other patrons' views on customer service at this location. We arrived with no one else in line. We wait for at least 5 minutes for someone to ask, "What do we want?" My wife asks for a child's combination plate. The server gives us a blank look. Then, she disappeared to the kitchen and returned with another associate.
