Trash. Had to return next day for replacement and was still trash. Won't even answer the phone. Stopped eating chipotle 3 years ago because of raw chicken, now they're just trash. Ordered carnitas and they were SPOILED, dry and disgusting. Will NEVER return to this location and I don't need feed back, reply or apologies from y'all, just know you all are STILL an epic fail

First time at this location and my last… the veggies on my bowl were so crunchy they taste like they weren’t fully sautéed, the don’t even give you a full scoop of meat, my tortillas on the side were stale and hard, they taste like they’ve been sitting up since Friday. The establishment was not clean, tables and floors dirty, i really should’ve turned around but at the time i went most restaurants were close and i was hungry. No napkins or plastic ware was out it was empty. No hot sauce/Tabasco in sight. This location definitely needs to step it up and do better. After reading the reviews i should’ve read them before because i would’ve never stepped foot in that dump.

Worse Chipotle I ever been. They didn’t have white rice so I have to wait for 30 minutes and finally the rice was uncooked and extremely greasy. Very unfriendly customer service
Had to stop going for 3 reasons:-Bad food quality. Always inedible fat, rice oversalted or not cooked right, etc.-Dirty tables and dining area. Never ever clean.-Homeless man at the door, who is practically one of their employees at this point.

I am posting again because the last review I wrote got DELETED because they don't want people to know they broke my girlfriends tooth! They took the pictures down, and don't want people to know how wreck less their workers are and how dangerous their food is. I have copies of everything and this won't be over that easy. I'm disgusted with the customer service at this establishment and to think of how many other reviews they probably deleted as well. Shame on them . I will continue to post this review for others to see because this was horrible!

Cashier was making a big deal about how it wasn’t the exact change, but the total was 10.01, we payed with a 10$ but She was saying how we needed one penny and started making it an big deal about how it wasn’t the exact change over 1 PENNY. She refused to give us the food and was overall rude.

I go to this location a lot and although the staff and food is pretty great, I am definitely tired of the homeless man consistently standing outside the restaurant every single time I go. I understand this area does have a lot of homeless people but he is there every single time I drive by, without fail. Usually he would just open the door for folks but last time I was trying to avoid him and he actually followed me into the store which made me uncomfortable and and then started getting into it with another guy I think who was also homeless in line who basically only had $5 and was trying to get a bowl. Once he realized he didnt have enough for a bowl, just a taco, he got belligerent and starting making a fuss which riled up the other homeless guy who opens the doors. The $5 guy then started trying to ask paying customers just quietly eating their food for money. 100% not okay, and people deserve to eat their food in peace.I definitely don’t go here as much as I would like because of the guy standing there opening the door. People say it’s a nice thing to do-I am not comfortable with it and I see other families not comfortable with it. No one really needs their door opened for them and to be stared at when you go in and out. I regularly donate to local charities, I don’t need to be pressured into giving more money when I’m just picking up my food and I suspect many others feel the same. I also suspect this is why the starbucks right next to it moved across the street-the man is bad for business.
