It’s a walk up window. The chocolate chip cookies are amazing!!! 🤤 we have been here a few times and every time they are perfect. We will continue to come here and support. The wait is like any other place depending on the day and time of day you go.

Tiny's Milk & Cookies - West U has friendly service and genuine care for their craft of baked goods and cookies. The employees are a joy to talk to and make sure orders are perfect. The restaurant serves the best latte and has a great selection of cookies, including the chocolate chip cookie, which is one of the best and most solid cookies. They also have a sugar cone with vanilla crunch icecream and a powdered almond croissant, which is amazing. The vanilla ice cream is blended well with chocolate chip cookies, giving a true "cookies and cream" effect. The restaurant has a great touch with the "Hood Poppers" cars & coffee, inviting to auto and moto enthusiasts. However, the parking is limited and there is no outdoor seating, making it more of a grab and go spot. Despite this, the line moves quickly, making it a great place to visit.
