“Wow!!! The minute I walked in, I could smell the deliciously fresh breads coming out from the oven. The restaurant is clean and vibrant! There are plenty variety of bánh mì to choose from. They the meat and ingredients are also fresh and you can watch the people making it. The Vietnamese is delicious and refreshing. The minute a took a bite, I can hear the crunch from bánh mì and vegetables, the richness/fatiness from the butter and pate with different slices of meat is a burst of wonders in my mouth! The interaction with the service people was friendly and warming. Besides bánh mì, this place also has rice and vermicelli noodle dishes too! Definitely recommended ?“

“First time here and it was a great experience. I ordered the Fresh Lemonade Black Tea with Herb Jelly at 50% sugar. It was a very good take on an Arnold Palmer. The place is on the smaller side but they have benches for you to wait for your drink. Not too much of a wait today since I went on a slower day and the employees worked really quick.Decor was super cute with the lemon theme.“

The only thing small complaint was the mango was not ripe and way too sour but they gladly changed it out for another topping for us. Loved this place so much back then when I use to come and study. “Got a lychee tea with half sugar and it was phenomenal! Not too sweet, the flavor was amazing, and it came with some real lychee (already peeled) in the drink. Wish I lived closer so I could come here every week.

“Busy location but worth to wait and try“

“Brought 3 picky kids who originally wanted ice cream and left with three very happy children. The teas were awesome and the Oreo shake is 6-yr and adult approved and applauded. It's the atmosphere though, even more than the tea. The games brought me back to my childhood, and playing them with my own kids was a blast! we probably spent nearly an hour in there and the kids didn't even think of their electronics! That is success in my book! LOL! love this place! our first time going, and we will most definitely be back!“

Some other people may think the closing song is “unprofessional” and “rude” but I see it as a gimmick that tells all the customers at the same time that it’s closing time. I personally love the song and a lot of people may agree as I haven’t heard a single complaint before when it was closing time and me and everyone else had to leave.“

“It was my first time at KTea, and I absolutely loved it! I got the Mango Smoothie and Summer Tea-both were so refreshing and full of flavor. The Mango Smoothie was creamy and delicious, and the Summer Tea had the perfect balance of sweetness. On top of that, the inside is so cute and welcoming! The Ladies are so sweet!My daughter hasn't tried regular boba but it's all the rage In school so not only did she help with suggestions( bc she's 7 and my youngest is a toddler) she got her a sample without me asking and didn't even charge me! We ordered strawberry tea with rainbow lychee+ popping boba and Coconut smoothie wit the popping boba as well ( if I wasn't sharing she suggested the coffee jelly). They all tasted so cold and fresh we loved it! The mozzarella sticks were fresh and could tell the grease is cleaned bc the food is perfectly brown and not oily as a chef I noticed things and appreciate the cleanliness!They even have snacks on the shelf great for my toddler she gave her a treat for the first time coming ??? we will be back! Great with kids as well a chill spot for the adults“

“I walked in and had drinks with some friends. I actual walked in with a Vietnamese coffee from the Vietnamese place next door. I asked if I could add Boba to my tea, and she gave me the boba for free! I was blown away away by the hospitality. The boba was excellent!“

“Great place. I got the watermelon passion fruit tea with passion fruit popping pearls. As with most places, you can pick the sugar amount. I went with 50% and found it to be the perfect amount of sweetness. I haven’t tried anything else from here yet but I’ll def be back. Store was clean and the staff were friendly.“

Love their variety of fruit flavors , smoothies, and milk tea flavors. They also have slushies, ifed teas, iced coffee Frappuccino’s, ice cream flavors for kids .

Their mango strawberry fruit smoothie with leechie boba is good but it doesn’t taste like mango or strawberry. It taste like a very light flavored icee .

Their tealicious house flavor is like a brown sugar flavor but it’s not very strong.

Their passion fruit smoothie is kind of sour . Their avocado smoothie is good too.

“Slow WiFi for the checkout and I felt like the line was being held up a bit b/c of it. But the checkout guy was great and didn’t make a big deal about it. He says wifi always acts up when it’s busy. Great customer service and always delicious drinks. Found another drink I like from Teahouse. Limiting myself to one a day now and not 3 sugary ones at a time. Price increases also a reason I need to cut down on boba too lol.“

“This place seems to be always crowded when I come, usually at nights on weekends. It's located in the Dun Huang Plaza near Shabu.Expect a long line and it can be difficult finding seats. It gets pretty loud with the music popping and groups of people sitting everywhere.I usually get the matcha red bean drink. It was listed as their top drink. It was pretty good. Their drink size is decent, a little pricey for boba compared to other places in town.They have a lot of employees working so it didn't take that long for the drinks to come out. They also have cards and games you can use to kill time.“

“My first time at the Post! Celebrated with an Uber Boba. The staff was so friendly and kind in helping with my dietary restrictions and giving a great recommendation. The flavors were great but the texture of some of the bobas were a bit too soft for my liking.
