Well, it was an extra $1.50, I didn’t think much of it, and paid. Drinks were delish! (5 stars)I took my kids back a few days later, we ordered the same drinks but this time I asked. Does “the espresso” already come with espresso? She said no, you have to add a shot for $1.50… so why is this drink called the espresso if it doesn’t come with espresso. I don’t mind paying for the COST of the drink but why is the shot not added in the cost and charged on for a multiple charge. Doesn’t that defeat the point of ordering ESPRESSO, if I didn’t add it on, would it still be called an espresso? Totally confused…but didn’t want to argue or look dumber than I felt thinking about this… anyways, we ordered the classic and the boba was definitely not fresh! Not chewy. Very melty in your mouth texture and we just about threw the drink away. ;( Customer service was great so I will be back in the future, but in hopes of fresher boba!Secondly, all these 5 star reviews are because they advertise an extra scoop of boba for a 5 star review. I just hope everyone who chooses to do that, actually has a 5 star service/drink and doesn’t put a price tag on themselves for free boba.“

The ladies who were serving me today decided to make me a free drink for being a regular and they were always making sure my drink was satisfying. Out of all feng Chas this one had the best customer service. I felt very welcomed. I recommend everyone going here when they are in the area. “Im not gonna say i love the place but it is good and i will return to try the fries. I got the garlic butter wings in which the wings were delicious but jus not tossed well in the garlic butter. I loved my drink, Koyoto Matcha Brulee Milk Tea, but jus wished it looked like the picture. I will def be back though to try other drinks“
