I tried many boba places and this one is one of my favorites. The staff are very nice.
Totally Tea is an amazing boba shop, but what really makes it stand out is Sandra. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. She took the time to answer my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Came in today and I believe his name was Ray was giving out samples. Great customer service, asked what kind of drink I like and also made suggestions. Drink was really good.

The boba in the matcha milk tea has good chew without being too hard, and the strawberry watermelon fruity drink is highly recommended. However, there seems to be confusion regarding the espresso drink, as adding a shot comes at an extra cost and the boba in the classic drink was not fresh. Despite this, the customer service remains top-notch. Some concerns were raised about the authenticity of 5-star reviews being influenced by the offer of extra boba.
