Best and only bakery to get truly authentic Cantonese egg tarts in all of Texas. Both the flaky crust and the taste of the original Cantonese egg filling combined is a lost art here in Texas. It is labor intensive to make it this way, but these are true Cantonese cowboys in the kitchen. I've made them before, but it was way too much work.

Best mango mochi, best egg tarts in town. Trying the jap cheesecake today
The egg tarts were ok but the other pastry was off putting.
