“I drive by this place all the time and decided to stop by one morning, the donuts are delicious and fresh, the Kolaches are amazing! The barbecue one was delicious and cheesy! I got one of the sausage and cheese breakfast tacos as well and they gave me a salsa, they would be perfect, if you wanted to grab some and cater to your office or give to teachers as a thank you in the morning. The donuts are all super fresh, and the lady offered to put any type of filling they offered into the donuts on the spot for me. Great, customer service and amazing food, highly recommend!“

“I don’t know what happened at this location these young people that are in place lack customer service skills. The drinks used to always be made right not sloppy. If my regular place didn’t have a huge order this morning I would have went to them. The way the drinks are made isn’t worth it anymore. On yesterday i witnessed a customer bringing back a breakfast sandwich she was letting the worker know that the bacon was raw coming from an elderly person that meant she wanted her bacon crispy. Your workers should never argue back with customers especially the elderly.“

I thanked her, put the on my kitchen table but was reluctant 2 try them because they usually don't compare 2 the Houston donut shop errrr institution that has been here since 1936, but they have not been tasting like they used 2, lately. I eventually tried them ( 2 ). I put them in the microwave for 10 seconds. I took a bite. I was surprised. They tasted a lot better than I thought. The donuts were very tasty, especially w/ their sugary glaze. Next time, I want refrigerate them over night, microwave them & then taste them. See how they taste. That would be a true test. “It's a small family owned business business located between two big chains (Subway & McDonald's).
They have a good line of service and a great variety of items on their menu.
From glazed doughnuts, colaches, croissant breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tacos, coffee, and just recently Boba smoothies.
The foot traffic is busy during the morning commute, but it eases down once the late morning kicks in.
They do close early (2:30 pm), so I would suggest going there between 8:00am and 12:30 pm“
