“Donuts always fresh. Get there at a decent hour and there's a large selection. Order a few kolaches, be polite and they pull the fresh ones from the back. Donuts holes are huge!
If you could change the Sunday open hour to 5:00 am, that would really help with the post-Sat-night munchies.“

“This is by far my favorite Shipley’s! I gladly go out of my way and pass two other locations because this one hardly disappoints. The donuts and kolaches are consistently fresh and delicious, and the coffee especially shines. The customer service is friendly and welcoming. It truly has a warm, homey atmosphere that keeps me coming back.“

“It's a small family owned business business located between two big chains (Subway & McDonald's).
They have a good line of service and a great variety of items on their menu.
From glazed doughnuts, colaches, croissant breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tacos, coffee, and just recently Boba smoothies.
The foot traffic is busy during the morning commute, but it eases down once the late morning kicks in.
They do close early (2:30 pm), so I would suggest going there between 8:00am and 12:30 pm“

“Shirley’s Donuts on Highway 6 and West Airport is absolutely amazing! The service is top-tier, the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the food is always delicious. Everything is hot, fresh, and ready to go every time I visit. The staff is truly incredible—friendly, fast, and always making customers feel valued. “6/7/26: 10/10 would recommend. The owners are super friendly and kind, and actively remember and interact with their customers. There are a variety of halal options and all are immensely delicious. Additional honorable mentions for their cronuts and Thai tea, which are my absolute favorites. Based off my conversation today with the owner, she told me that they regularly donate leftovers to charities, hospitals, schools, etc., so extra bonus points for active community engagement. Would recommend their halal spicy beef kolache, Thai tea, and cronuts. An absolute gem of a small business in the community!“
