“I LOVE Dirty Dough! I am so happy that there is one located outside of my neighborhood. Dirty Dough has seriously changed cookies for me. They have the BEST cookies I have ever had in my LIFE. I have literally told everyone about and cannot stop raving about it. Because of how delicious these cookies are, I don't really want any other cookies; they're not as good and just a waste of calories. People always ask if it's like Crumbl and I always tell them, "NO!" Dirty Dough is on a totally different level than Crumbl; it is 100x better! Crumbl is just a large cookie, but Dirty Dough is a bite of heaven. I LOVE the ooey, gooey texture. I also love the extra stuffing INSIDE and the toppings OUTSIDE. It makes the cookies so much more fun, and each bite loaded with awesomeness. I don't even know how other cookie places are even thriving?! Tiff's Treats and Great American Cookie are nothing compared to this place. I also am pretty frugal and never like to spend money on expensive desserts, like cupcakes from Sprinkles or Smallcakes. I definitely have never bought a Crumbl cookie (the times I have tried it were when other people bought it for me). HOWEVER, I am WILLING to actually spend $4 on a Dirty Dough cookie! For people who know me, that says a lot! My favorite so far has been the Red Velvet Oreo and my husband's is the Captain Crunch. If you're new and not sure what to try, the Cookies n' Cream and Toaster Tart are AMAZING. The Cookies n' Cream is just more fun than a regular chocolate chip cookie and it's not too sweet for those who have mentioned that the cookies are too rich. The Toaster Tart is surprisingly very good! I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. Overall, this place is awesome and is worth every penny and calories. (:“

“I visited here since I was in the area. I usually get kolaches as opposed to donuts, so when I entered and saw they had at least 3 different sausages to choose from, I was thrilled. I went with the tried and true chappel hill sausage jalapeño and cheese kolache and a cinnamon iced coffee. The iced coffee was okay, but the yummy kolache more than made up for it. Service was very quick and friendly even though there was a small line to get to the register.“
“I tried Queen Donuts for my first time. We went early Sunday. The display case was full and there were plenty of smiling servers. The spicy boudin was very tasty. Cinnamon rolls were fresh from the oven and about as tasty as can be. Mrs Donuts on Memorial is the best in town that I have found, and Queen may tie them for the top spot - I will need to return a few more times to decide!“

The croissant was buttery and flaky, the egg was fried to perfection with just the right amount of pepper, and the American cheese brought it all together. We also got chocolate donut holes and two specialty donuts. I legit did a little dance when I saw the donut holes were glazed and drizzled with chocolate. Why have I never had these before? The Boudin kolache is great with the perfect amount of spicy. They also have a good sausage egg taco and I have always enjoyed their croissant sandwiches. “LOVE their food. Boyfriend brought me a sausage egg and cheese croissant like 2 weeks back and I've been wanting to go to try more. This past Sunday I finally got the chance to go in person and picked up a few things. I got the same croissant again, and a sausage egg and cheese kolache SANDWICH. Boyfriend and I ate those in the car, loved them. It was so good I went back in and grabbed a boudin kolache which I ate Monday morning for breakfast. Very yummy and nor too spicy. On Sunday we walked about 3 minutes before closing time, so understandably they were sold out of a few things. Next time I plan on going earlier so then I can try the sandwhichs that have bacon. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the girl there offered to heat up our sandwhichs before we left. The 2nd time I walked in was after the closing time, but the lights were still on so I figured I'd see if she'd let me get more and was happy that she didn't rush me our or anything while I contemplated on what to get (that's when I settled on the boudin kolache). “This is the BEST Shipley’s and donut shop in Texas. My family has been coming here for nearly 4 decades. It doesn’t matter what side of town I live I will always go out of my way to come to this Shipley’s. Their customer service is superb and the quality of their donuts/kolaches have only improved over the years.I called the store 03/25/2024 around 11pm and hour before closing. The woman who answered was so kind and cheerful. I ordered a dozen of kolaches for work the next day. When I arrived they were fresh, soft and fluffy.Thank you Shipley’s for your continued authenticity in the service you provide to the Houston community. It may just be food to some but I’ve seen their kolaches and donughts bring families and friends together during good and bad times.I wish you all continued success. “BEST.DAMN.DONUTS & kolache’s!!! We found this place after ordering from so many other places and nothing being good enough to reorder. Once we found Mr. Donut we have been hooked. I’m not sure how they do it but the donuts are airy, always soft and extremely delicious. Kolaches are great & filling and the donut twist are mouth watering. We only order on the weekends but by Wednesday, I’m already thinking about them. Customer service is also great. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.“
