So glad we were introduced to this little gem! It has a down home, nostalgic, feel to it. The service and food were excellent; and, prices are very reasonable. Hubby had a Bacon Burger and I had the Ribeye Quesadillas; he enjoyed his burger and the quesadillas were to die for! 🤤😋 Seating is limited inside, however, there is seating available on the outside patio; also they close at 2p.
My husband and I were working in the area and decided to stop in for a quick breakfast. The girl taking our order was extremely friendly and enthusiastic about taking care of us and the gentleman who brought our order out was courteous and made sure we had everything we needed before we left with our to-go order. Based on the reviews, Peña’s Donut Heaven & Grill is an amazing place full of really kind people and amazing food. The service is amazing, and the atmosphere is very good. Stop by for lunch and try the favorites: the smokehouse fries and the Philly burger, which were delicious. For breakfast, the Turkey Gobbler on Croissant, the Brisket Biscuit, and the Ultimate Chicken Biscuit are the best hands down in the city. The meaty trio was phenomenal, and the food is out in an instant, hot, and scrumptious. The chicken is always good and never fails to satisfy. Donuts are delicious, and the donut sandwich combo is a perfect combination of sweet and savory. The sausage and cheese kolache is just as good. Online ordering is convenient and easy.
