“I LOVED their Funfetti Cake Latte I had to get another one before I left. I also loved their Banana Bread. My dad ordered a Decaf Vanilla Latte with a Concha and he also liked it! We enjoyed the atmosphere and their music mix. We went on a Saturday and it was not busy and I like how they have plenty of seating available as well as tables to do any kind of work. “First, each time I have visited Common Grounds the service has always been welcoming. On this visit, I decided to enjoy (and I did enjoy it all) a Lavender Rose cappuccino and a pour-over using their Ethiopian beans (which was perfectly done), and to eat I had the Avocado Toast. It was one of the best I have had. I didn't think the one slice would be enough, but with the perfect amount of toppings, it was plenty to fill me up. Also, their flat white is a very enjoyable drink.“

“Great little coffee counter in a food court at the base of an office building in downtown Houston.
They have an extensive menu of drinks and were a roasty flavored treat after lunch at the food court that surrounds them.
There are many tables, booths, and counters shared by the businesses in the food court, along with a water station by the stairs.
They validate up to 2 hours if you park in the 803 Fannin Garage. There is also paid parking on surrounding streets.“

“Dropped by around 9 in the morning, and it was surprisingly peaceful. The smell of fresh coffee made a great first impression. I ordered a simple breakfast with toast, eggs, and coffee. Everything was straightforward but well-prepared. Service was a bit slow, possibly due to limited staff, but they were polite and attentive. I also noticed how clean everything was, even the less visible corners. It’s not a fancy place, but it delivers consistency, which honestly matters more for a regular spot.“

“Came looking for coffee and was pleasantly surprised when I saw the sign: Coffee, Matcha, Uber, and pre roll!

I ended up getting the Ube freeze and enjoyed it as it wasn't too sweet at all. It had a balanced flavor of ube and had condensed milk in it, topped with whip cream and a toasted marshmallow.

Other products are decently priced and I was helped by such a kind person. She was very patient with my indecisiveness and went above and beyond to help me out.

Definitely coming back when I'm in the area again.“

Being a corporate focused Starbucks, you’d expect the staff to be cutthroat & hyper focused. The staff at this location is all that and then some.

Absolutely one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the entire US.

Today was a particularly busy day (seemed like they over 40-50 orders in about a 20 minute span!!) and even with that, they took an extra moment to write a short message on each cup. I love their enthusiasm and will go here as long as I can.“

Service and atmosphere:
Service was friendly and quick.
The place is located in the area that has a few different eateries next to each other which gives it food hall like vibe but in a good way. The food is served at the bar area.

Food and drinks:
The pho soup was good and didn't disappoint. Soft noodles and thin sliced meat. The broth was balanced and had good amount of garnish. A bit of chilli sauce did the trick too.
Spring rolls were good but the peanut sauce was too salty.

Pricing:
Just right.“
