They are very disorganized and slow. I was in line about 7 minutes to place my order, which wasn't too bad. However I waited another 30 minutes to actually get my drink because of the prepaid orders being placed ahead of everyone else. They should separate this some kind of way and have the prepaid orders prepared and passed out at one counter and walk-ins prepaid and passed out at another counter. It is absolutely one of the favorite Starbucks locations in the entire US for many. The staff is described as courteous, kind, respectful, friendly, and so kind, taking pride in their work. They are noted for being attentive and creating a very positive atmosphere, even when very busy, sometimes handling over 40-50 orders in a 20-minute span. Their enthusiasm shows in small gestures, like writing a short message on each cup. Some drinks, like the lavender oat matcha latte and others outside of black coffee, can be much too sweet and unhealthy even with requested reduced sugar. Available items include a Flat white and egg bites. The team consistently provides excellent service that boosts spirits.
