Staff is 10/10. Amazing people, never had a bad experience with them. I wish both sides of their pillow are always cold and they always find change in between the car seats.
Tried to go today because I wanted to get some work done and thought "Oh yeah they just got renovated it should be really nice in there".

I don’t like doing these, I spend so much money at Starbucks and have worked for them which I loved but I definitely need too. This is at least the third time this location as been a complete disappointment. The 1st time I placed a mobile order and had to wait in the store for over an hour. Then they shorted me on one of the drinks so I had to wait again. The second time I ordered an Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato. The barista did not know who to make it. Starbucks Coffee Company offers a cozy location with great staff. The hours are great, early morning or late at night, and customers can come in to get work done with WiFi and outlets available. The space feels quiet even when it is decently loud, and seating is first come first serve. Staff are sweet and very accommodating; they often offer samples of strawberry matcha cake while orders are waiting in store. The iced lavender cream matcha is a new fave drink, and a $9.00 venti latte is pretty damn good. Food is always good and sits quietly in the stomach, leaving a satisfying feeling afterwards. Management could add another machine so orders are fulfilled faster during a rush, but the team still has smiles on their faces. Barista Ericka G knows regulars by name and greets them personally each morning, while Nathan makes sure a hot drink mistaken for an iced coffee is fixed with no problem. The young lady at the window has the best personality, sweet to children and beautiful in spirit. Customers appreciate the pup cup and the Hannah Montana music as the cherry on top. Even with prices that add up quickly, most customers feel the experience is friendly and five star, and they will definitely be back again.
