Every time I go to this McDonald’s, it doesn’t matter how many people are in the line you’re gonna be in there for at least 15 minutes every single time without fail that I have ordered online my food is always wrong I’m always getting somebody else’s drinks/miscellaneous items every time I order online they never give a straw. Absolutely, the slowest place I’ve ever been. If you go for breakfast, maybe consider eating lunch because that is about the time you will get your meal.
Sharonda the manager told me to order at the kiosk because they don’t want people to order up front because they are getting rid of the machines. Since I was having difficulty ordering I asked her to come help me and she did not know how to operate the machine and find the exact order I wanted and said she doesn’t eat here so she would not know how to order on the machine.
