I want to give a big thank-you to the lady working the drive-through at Dunkin’ today. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she provided exceptional customer service.
I can be a little picky about my coffee, especially when it comes to the amount of sugar and other condiments I like. She was incredibly patient, listened carefully to what I needed, and made my coffee exactly the way I wanted it. She also did a great job with my donuts.

Dunkin' is a convenient and friendly restaurant located right in the neighborhood. The staff is always super friendly, efficient, and quick to get orders out. They are in good spirits, even when handling mistakes or last-minute additions. The drive-thru is convenient, and the app makes it easy to order. The coffee is always spot on, made as ordered, and the food, such as breakfast sandwiches and sourdough breakfast sandwiches, is always nice and hot. Customers often visit this Dunkin' for their favorite Latte, with drive-through employees being very professional and nice. The lady with the black jacket is always so kind, and many customers love coming out of their way to visit this particular Dunkin'. However, access can be difficult due to a very small parking area, and at times, the selection of donuts is limited, with only kiddy donuts with sprinkles available. Despite this, the small coffees are consistently great and very hot, and the breakfast sandwiches are quickly prepared. Overall, Dunkin' remains a popular spot with a professional staff that takes pride in their work, making it a go-to place for many loyal customers.
