Whenever I’m in need in a pick me up, best believe Jessica at Dunkin is there to make my drinks just right. Shes extremely patient with my kids when they’re trying to order and is so very kind.
This please is good!! specially when Brandon is there cause he’s making really good drinks with good attitude. 👍
Jessica was awesome! I asked her to recreate a Starbucks drink for me, and she absolutely delivered. She listened to exactly what I wanted, made it with confidence, and it came out perfect—honestly better than the original.
She was super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about making customers happy and putting love into what she does.
Definitely coming back because of her great service. Thank you,...read full review

Dunkin', a popular coffee and donut chain, offers a varied menu that includes coffee, donuts, and other refreshments. Customers generally enjoy the taste of the coffee, though some have expressed dissatisfaction with being charged extra for customizations. The service quality can be inconsistent, with some locations providing quick and efficient service, while others may have less friendly and engaged staff. However, the staff member named Faith consistently delivers excellent service, making drinks with expertise and care. Customers feel confident in her skills and appreciate her friendly attitude, often skipping visits when she is not working. Despite these minor issues, Dunkin' remains a reliable choice for those seeking a convenient and satisfying coffee or snack experience.
