The time it took us to order and when we received our order, it was about 7 minutes. Our food was made the way we asked, and everything was really hot.My favorite is the Patty Melt with grilled jalapeños added.
It was average. Many times the bacon cheese whataburger taste like the patty was already cooked and under a warming light. The hamburger patty is never hot enough to melt the cheese. I usually ask them to toast the bun on both sides so they can melt the cheese on the bun. Hotter meat patties please.

Food was dry & didn’t taste fresh. I wasn’t offered any ketchup, napkins & guy at front counter didn’t even ask if I wanted cheese on my burger he just added it to my burger. I did however ask for jalapeños and bacon, but only the jalapeños made it on my burger. I looked at my receipt and I wasn’t charged for the bacon so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I however will never be stopping at this location again.
