“Recently, we hosted a luncheon at Italianos as part of my aunts celebration of life service. The team was extraordinary. Not only did Susie and Mauricio (manager) go out of their way to help me plan the menu and handle the buyout of the restaurant, Mauricio and Fernando (Manager) were so kind and welcoming day of the event. They were supported by an incredible team who made sure all of our needs were met and the buffet meal was delicious. Huge thanks to Paul, Arjana, and Geronimo and the kitchen team as well. You made sure we had a moment of joy in what was otherwise a sad day.

“Being born and raised North of Detroit and JETS being one of my favorite home town pizzas, I was nervous it wouldn’t be the same, but this location really exceeded my expectations! We had a large order that we traveled from Baton Rouge to get, it was ready on time, cooked correctly, and had that perfect grease soaked, crunch. “It was incredibly cold. Everyone was freezing and partially wet from the rain! and asking to have air turned up. To no prevail. The air never stopped blowing the ENTIRE time we were there. Over an hr total. Made for a miserable dinner. Food was hot but it took much longer than usual. Server apologized for the long wait. But since the air was blowing so cold nonstop the food too didn't say warm long. Not sure what the issue was with turning the air up 1 degree to get it to satisfy and stop blowing for any amount of time. Would have been appreciated.“

“We were staying in a hotel in Houston. We decided to order in their pizza for a try. I'm Italian I make my own pizza at home and usually I don't buy any pizza while out. I was really surprised how good the service and the food was when my wife ordered online. There was a glitch on the website. We called them and they were the nicest people ! They resolved our problem immediately and now I can't wait to try their other items.“

“The quality of the food at Olive Garden has gone down in more recent times. I got chicken Alfredo and had more chicken than pasta and there was very little Alfredo sauce. The breadsticks were good but my soup was just barely warm. The service was great and the atmosphere is lovely.“

Not absent but not annoying. Food came out pretty quick and hot. The wings were good, needed some more sauce but the pizza? Oh man the best NY style pizza in the area! The prices may seem high but better flavor and quality than a chain that will charge you similar. Good selection of beers on tap. (Get some Michigan beers!!) Overall 9.5/10 will definitely be back to watch some World Cup games this summer!!“

“Brought my wife young boy and infant in for a family dinner, first time eating out at an actual restaurant as a family since the new one arrived. Front of house seemed a little off and we did get skipped to be seated once or twice, but once seated the wait staff was quite accommodating and very polite. Food was good, wife has her favorite meal there and said it was quite good. Service was a little slower than expected but not by much. I did get a side of asparagus and perhaps I ordered it wrong but it came out quite bland and with a flavor as if it had just been microwaved. Stems were also improperly removed on about half of them.
Overall though definitely a great experience!“

“I had just gotten off of a 3 hour flight and was hungry. The Big Boss Slice of pizza looked very delicious. Well, the picture shown on the menu and the piece of pizza I got were entirely different. I only had 3 pieces of Italian sausage of which none were on the slice of pizza. All three were laying beside the pizza in the box! All that I saw was pieces of pepperoni on the slice of pizza. When I took it back to the counter the employee said it was a slice of BIg Boss when I questioned if I was given the wrong order. I paid $7.85 for a slice of pepperoni pizza with a few bacon bits on it and three pieces of Italian sausage on the side! This place is a rip off!!“

Service was good, we did wait a while for the food but we definitely don’t mind that for good home cooled meals. My only complaint was that it was pretty hot in there, but it’s at least 95 out so sometimes there’s only so much you can do in an older building 🤷🏼‍♀️ food was fantastic! Boudin balls, burger, catfish all amazing. My husband got the baked ziti and it was great! Excited to come back and try more of their expansive menu.“
