“Brought my wife young boy and infant in for a family dinner, first time eating out at an actual restaurant as a family since the new one arrived. Front of house seemed a little off and we did get skipped to be seated once or twice, but once seated the wait staff was quite accommodating and very polite. Food was good, wife has her favorite meal there and said it was quite good. Service was a little slower than expected but not by much. I did get a side of asparagus and perhaps I ordered it wrong but it came out quite bland and with a flavor as if it had just been microwaved. Stems were also improperly removed on about half of them.
Overall though definitely a great experience!“

“It was incredibly cold. Everyone was freezing and partially wet from the rain! and asking to have air turned up. To no prevail. The air never stopped blowing the ENTIRE time we were there. Over an hr total. Made for a miserable dinner. Food was hot but it took much longer than usual. Server apologized for the long wait. But since the air was blowing so cold nonstop the food too didn't say warm long. Not sure what the issue was with turning the air up 1 degree to get it to satisfy and stop blowing for any amount of time. Would have been appreciated.“

“Can't stress enough how much I enjoy Pomodoro's of Clear Lake which is in a strip mall with plenty parking and wheelchair access. The interior is cozy and always reminds me of Italy and is excellent in all areas!! Like the "complimentary" garlic and olive oil spread are always delicious, and I have never had a bad meal. Service was professional, fast & friendly and our bartender / server checked in on us frequently Shoutout to the "owner: who is nothing but "awesome" she always is checking to make sure everything is to our satisfaction, which makes it a wonderful experience. The pizza, appetizers, and the main course meals are fresh and have been "fantastico" which came out quickly, coffee and the sangria were yummy. Seriously! I cannot wait to go back and enjoy more of their delicious food at a very reasonable price for such quality, I have eaten Italian food in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Rome, Naples and truthful can say absolutely, this is my favorite Italian restaurant in America to date!! Lastly, The restrooms were perfectly clean.“

“Excellent Italian food! I've enjoyed Pomodoro's both dining in and through their catering for many small and large events, and they never disappoint. Everything is consistently fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. My favorite is the snapper with a side of pasta tossed in their pesto cream sauce—it's incredible! My kids also love the lasagna and the Alfredo pasta. Whether you're dining at the restaurant or catering an event, I highly recommend Pomodoro's!“

“The restaurant itself is nice and clean on the inside. Not a bad spot if you wanted to catch a game. Our server was polite and checked up on us in a respectful amount of time. Not absent but not annoying. Food came out pretty quick and hot. The wings were good, needed some more sauce but the pizza? Oh man the best NY style pizza in the area! The prices may seem high but better flavor and quality than a chain that will charge you similar. Good selection of beers on tap. (Get some Michigan beers!!) Overall 9.5/10 will definitely be back to watch some World Cup games this summer!!“

We had a large order that we traveled from Baton Rouge to get, it was ready on time, cooked correctly, and had that perfect grease soaked, crunch. “I had just gotten off of a 3 hour flight and was hungry. The Big Boss Slice of pizza looked very delicious. Well, the picture shown on the menu and the piece of pizza I got were entirely different. I only had 3 pieces of Italian sausage of which none were on the slice of pizza. All three were laying beside the pizza in the box! All that I saw was pieces of pepperoni on the slice of pizza. When I took it back to the counter the employee said it was a slice of BIg Boss when I questioned if I was given the wrong order. I paid $7.85 for a slice of pepperoni pizza with a few bacon bits on it and three pieces of Italian sausage on the side! This place is a rip off!!“

“Very good! First time trying them out on a whim. We had already dug in before I remembered to take some pics. Service was good, we did wait a while for the food but we definitely don’t mind that for good home cooled meals. My only complaint was that it was pretty hot in there, but it’s at least 95 out so sometimes there’s only so much you can do in an older building 🤷🏼‍♀️ food was fantastic! Boudin balls, burger, catfish all amazing. My husband got the baked ziti and it was great! Excited to come back and try more of their expansive menu.“
