“Brought my wife young boy and infant in for a family dinner, first time eating out at an actual restaurant as a family since the new one arrived. Front of house seemed a little off and we did get skipped to be seated once or twice, but once seated the wait staff was quite accommodating and very polite. Food was good, wife has her favorite meal there and said it was quite good. Service was a little slower than expected but not by much. I did get a side of asparagus and perhaps I ordered it wrong but it came out quite bland and with a flavor as if it had just been microwaved. Stems were also improperly removed on about half of them.

He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!“

“It was incredibly cold. Everyone was freezing and partially wet from the rain! and asking to have air turned up. To no prevail. The air never stopped blowing the ENTIRE time we were there. Over an hr total. Made for a miserable dinner. Food was hot but it took much longer than usual. Server apologized for the long wait. But since the air was blowing so cold nonstop the food too didn't say warm long. Not sure what the issue was with turning the air up 1 degree to get it to satisfy and stop blowing for any amount of time. Would have been appreciated.“

“I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. “We had two Reuben sandwiches and they were absolutely delicious! We added two sides of broccoli cheese soup which I loved but the soup was extremely salty.
This is important to know for older guests that have to watch their sodium.
The staff is extremely happy and friendly and my order was absolutely perfect.

I purchase breakfast for our team every week, and Chick-fil-A is often my choice, because of a shift manager named Jessica. I am ALWAYS warmly welcomed when I walk through the door.
However, this past Tuesday, Jessica demonstrated a level of customer service I have never experienced anywhere.
Before I even reached the counter to announce I was there to pick up my large team order, she had already prepared everything she knew I would need — my summary business receipt, a water, and an item from my order to eat while I waited for the remainder to be completed.
She anticipated my needs before I voiced them.
I have traveled all over the United States, Alaska, and internationally. I have worked in distribution management for over 40 years. I recognize truly exceptional service when I see it — and what Jessica demonstrated was elite.
This young lady is a credit to Chick-fil-A, to her store team, to her managers, and to her family and community. I cannot adequately express the emotions I felt that morning. Today is Saturday, and I am still thinking about that moment.

There was a bit of a line in the drive through due to the sheer number of customers and not the speed or service which was exceptional. Because of this wait time, Austin asked me about my day and I greatly valued that interaction. I choose to eat at chick fil a specifically because of service such as this. Any other chain I know I will get bare minimum service but coming here I know the staff will be friendly and take pride in doing the best job they can.
