“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a big party of 25 people. Yannis was the only server and he was fantastic! Very quick service, hot food, drinks stayed filled, and he was very organized! He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!“

“I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.“

This is important to know for older guests that have to watch their sodium.

I purchase breakfast for our team every week, and Chick-fil-A is often my choice, because of a shift manager named Jessica. I am ALWAYS warmly welcomed when I walk through the door.
However, this past Tuesday, Jessica demonstrated a level of customer service I have never experienced anywhere.
Before I even reached the counter to announce I was there to pick up my large team order, she had already prepared everything she knew I would need — my summary business receipt, a water, and an item from my order to eat while I waited for the remainder to be completed.
She anticipated my needs before I voiced them.
I have traveled all over the United States, Alaska, and internationally. I have worked in distribution management for over 40 years. I recognize truly exceptional service when I see it — and what Jessica demonstrated was elite.
This young lady is a credit to Chick-fil-A, to her store team, to her managers, and to her family and community. I cannot adequately express the emotions I felt that morning. Today is Saturday, and I am still thinking about that moment.

“Took the grandkids there for back to school lunch. I used to live in Riverdale just across the highway from Jonesboro where Mr Cathy lived. I'd eat chick filet in high school back at the first store in Hapeville in the early 70's. Still the same delicious sandwich.“

“It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to a Panera so I went with a friend. Rashida was our cashier; she was very sweet and had great suggestions. She also helped me navigate the app/ coupon that I had. My friend and I got the spicy steak asiago bagel stack (I LOVE the salsa verde that’s in it) and a cinnamon bun. Rashida later helped me find the microwave and suggested how long to warm it up. I genuinely look forward to seeing her again! The atmosphere of this location on a Friday evening was quiet and not really busy. Location is close to the highway. Outside area was clean. Inside was clean for the most part.

My only complaint is that the floor was sticky and the young lady that brought us our food wasn’t really… happy to be there lol.“
