“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a big party of 25 people. Yannis was the only server and he was fantastic! Very quick service, hot food, drinks stayed filled, and he was very organized! He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!“

“I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.“

“I may be a bit picky with this review but its about fried food. Especially fish of any type. I like the first bite. The wow factor. Hot and the breading golden brown. When it comes down to the breadcrumb coating. I look for that to be with no exceptions wonderfully seasoned. Many combinations work. But if with no matter the mix of spices falls slightly below the WOW factor then the dish is just there because you bought it and stuck. The place has great service. But in fried seafood it's understood to get repeat business it has be super delicious. I'm mean what made fried chicken famous, take a guess.“

They offer gluten free options, which I appreciate, because I have celiac disease. Even if there is an issue with your order, they will promptly get it resolved for best service. “We came for my son's birthday lunch. As always, the service and food was great! But, this time was a little different. My daughter (8yr) was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and can't eat traditional soy sauce. We asked if we brought gluten free soy sauce, could they make hers with it. The chef made hers on the hibachi with her own sauce. So, not only did her brothers feel special for their birthday, but she felt so special and included. And, her food was AWESOME! I purchase breakfast for our team every week, and Chick-fil-A is often my choice, because of a shift manager named Jessica. I am ALWAYS warmly welcomed when I walk through the door.
However, this past Tuesday, Jessica demonstrated a level of customer service I have never experienced anywhere.
Before I even reached the counter to announce I was there to pick up my large team order, she had already prepared everything she knew I would need — my summary business receipt, a water, and an item from my order to eat while I waited for the remainder to be completed.
She anticipated my needs before I voiced them.
I have traveled all over the United States, Alaska, and internationally. I have worked in distribution management for over 40 years. I recognize truly exceptional service when I see it — and what Jessica demonstrated was elite.
This young lady is a credit to Chick-fil-A, to her store team, to her managers, and to her family and community. I cannot adequately express the emotions I felt that morning. Today is Saturday, and I am still thinking about that moment.
